Excellent service. But, unfortunately my last visit for service wasnt too good at all. By mistake I left my cellphone charger connected and when I got home I realize it wasnt there. If the one who took it was in need of a charger, could just ask me and I could gave it as a gift. Things that should not happen.

Awful Service. They call me for a door lockrecall. My locks didn’t had any problem but I leave them the car for recall. The gave me back the car with one of the door lock not working. Had to leave the car two more times (each time the whole day) because they never get it right. Finally they left the lock without working and they wanted to charge me $300 to fix it.

Went for a oil change, relatively fast. The only complain its that you have to call to get a date and usually its really far like 3 weeks or more

Want to charge 96 dollars to my friend just to drive her car to hear the noise it was doing in the chassis. My respond was WHAT YOU TELLING ME YOU DRIVE THE CAR TO HEAR THE RADLER I HAVE TO PAID YOU FORTHAT NO WAY...

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! They are a corrupt business. I was sold a car with no spare tire and I wasnt advised that it was missing. When I found out I didnt have one i immediately called them and Ive been getting the run around for 2 months. They claimed to have been calling to see about getting me one all that time. However, when I got fed up I called myself and found it on my 3rd call. I let them know whete to get it and they said they would bring it to the dealership and that was 2 weeks ago. They are nothing but a bunch of liars. Poor customer service from management to sales people. All they care about is selling the car and getting paid. Any issues after that is on the customer. Do not give these people your business!!! Do your research and purchase elsewhere!!

I went to receive a mandatory service that corresponded to me, the car was ready for hours and they did not notify me of anything, I was confident in what they told me it would take a long time. I compare the service like Pep Boys who have no coordination or commitment to the client and believe that one arrives in the waiting room for them to watch WAPA TV and get air conditioning. I never hope to return. 6 hours and 15 minutes thrown away.
