Its ok. Pretty well stocked. Their return policy is not very good. Nothing like Home Depots return policy.

Looks like they dont want to work as they are closing the doors 15 minutes before 5pm. Just went there and around 7 clients turned around as employees said it was closed... the good news are there is a ACE store 2 minutes away with excellent customer service...

They have the inventory but they dont have personel to help you on the floor, you ask for a employee and the guy on the front door told you to find one by yourself on the floor. Also the cashier was in a bad mood and mad with world for some reason i dont know.

That make you feel like Theres nobody ar the store, yes i dis did find what i was looking for but nobody approached any customers. Need to rethink what customer service is about

When you choose a hardware store, it is frustrating that you dont get everything you need. Time and money are wasted. I always try to buy in stores that are in a local part. I finished my purchase at Home Depot. Items that could be purchased at National now no longer or empty spaces on their shelves.
