A couple of crooks that don’t stand behind the work!

Had a bike That hadnt run in a few years. The guys cleaned it up and got it going. Rode hard to Lake City, FL when it started sputtering. Had to get towed to Gainesville HD. Marty at Pro Tech is taking care of the Gainesville HD bill plus the tow bill because its the right thing to do. You got a problem with your bike, go see the guys at Pro Tech. Good, honest, humble mechanics.

Very good honest folks. I brought my Yamaha in today to have the brakes changed because I thought they needed to be done but they were honest enough to say hey the brakes are fine theres just a glaze on them. Told me how to correct it and bam it was better. Didnt even charge me, I know thats the right thing for them to do but there are quite a few shops in todays society that will just do unnecessary repairs to make an extra dollar! This will be my forever cycle shop for as long as we live here. Everyone that was there was nice and easy to talk to. They also have a fairly large selection of accessories in store and can order in basically any parts you ask for not to mention the good selection of dirt bikes, ATVS, UTVs and road bikes! We pay a fair price for great work. They work on all of our motorcycles.

The first time I called the shop. They asked me to call them back. So i just got the my service some where else. Now I have called them to buy my fork oil from there. My Kawasaki ZX750R calls for viscosity10w30 I got that info out of my OEM SERVICE MANUAL. When I told them what I needed the guy laughed and said that was BULLXXXX! and then told me the 10W30 DOES NOT STAND FOR, VISCOSITY (LUBRICATION) It stands for how much the shock will compress. Sad he did not know he was talking to a Honda tech. All the information he told me was wrong and if I would listen to him. I would of RUIN MY FORKS and then cost me HUNDREDS of $$$$$$ to replace or repair the damage done to the forks. Both times I have tried to use them it has been a bad exp. So if you are letting them work on your bike or what ever you have. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!
