Mr. David M, the manager for decades, at UPS store has been friendly and excellent with customer service regarding problem solving. Mr. David has a great sense of humor, a comedian in disguise. His staffs, Joseph and Tori, are fabulous, too. Staffs retention is superb and seeing the same staffs establish better rapport like a family. They are all great source of information if you want know anything locally.

I am giving 5 stars to this store because I have been tho this UPS a couple times. And I every single time I walked in David who works there always have a very friendly smile on his face. And such an truly positive energy. I get there last time asking myself how he could be so nice all the time. Anyways, thank you David for all your help and all the employees in this location.

THE BEST UPS AROUND. First--OPEN ON SUNDAYS. I had to drive from my neighborhood because my 3 local UPS stores were closed. As for customer service, the gentleman there was helpful above and beyond anything I would have expected (not to mention he has excellent taste in music!). He made sure that I was able to package my shipment at the best price (which meant going elsewhere) and then provided me--AT NO COST--the bubble wrap, packing tape and scissors. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. I have had some awful (awful and rude) experiences at other UPS Stores--this store is nothing less than fantastic.

We chose UPS Store 1093 to ship our items from the Profiles in History auction. They were polite and great communicators throughout the process. We quickly got a quote and David kept us informed as we waited for pick up (we paid by check and it had to clear before they could retrieve the items). Shipping was prompt, the items well packed, they arrived in great condition, and we couldnt be more please. Highly recommended.

I went here accidentally because I was expecting to find a physical address of a Company I was looking for. It was only then that I knew that the said Company only used a P.O. Box address and thus, The UPS Store.I met Dave --- who was ABSOLUTELY wonderful !!!He suggested if I wanted to leave a note for the Company I needed to get in touch with since they did in fact had the P.O. Box for the Company I was looking for. He even provided me a paper & pen. Most of all, he made sure that my note / letter was sealed in one of their envelopes. Dave assured me that he will pass the note on to the responsible party. And my proof of that is I got a call from the Company I was looking for immediately the following day since they received my note.Dave was truly awesome. I witnessed how he was so attentive to each and every one of their customers. He always went out of his way to do the extra mile for them. This place is so positive. You can just feel it when you come here. I know its just a UPS Store but my experience was so great that I needed to share this. Thank you Dave !!!

UPS is so lucky to have a store with such an amazing crew. When I dropped off a package i needed to ship for a client they were friendly and had great suggestions. The package I ended up shipping 2 day for a client was lost by UPS and the general number to call could not give me answers. I contacted the direct store I mailed it from (this one) and they made sure they would make it right. Dave ? Tracked the package with me and even though it was 5 days late he still remembered when I originally needed help tracking it. I called today to say that it was finally delivered and he instantly knew and resolved the issue the moment he picked up the phone. I will trust them with anything I have to ship out, even though I am from west hills it will be worth the trip for great customer service.Thanks for all your help!

Why say store is open until a certain time when you cannot service until then. The man inside refused service in a very polite and decent way. However when the store is open until 2 PM on sunday, I would expect the service until then as a customer. If you are going to lock the store or the system shuts down at 1:45 PM, please change your hours to until 1:45 PM. Causes less disappointment to many like me who tried to reach there before 2 PM.

David and Tory (sp?) were awesome when I was (reluctantly) returning my U-Verse equipment. Ive used this location several times and its been a great experience every time. David was very personable and seemed excited to be there. Tory had everything ready for David when he needed it and both made the transaction go very smoothly. Give these guys a raise!

Friendly and the hours are really good 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. so you can go there before or after work.

Store closes early. No notice mentioned online or on door. If they close at 7pm they need to close at 7pm.

You know those kind of people who, no matter how rude you act, always are so incredibly goddam polite? The kind of people who constantly say things like Let me package that up for you sir, or Let me get you a discount on that item, until you want to scream at them: Lay off the Prozac!Well they all work at this store!Be warned, if you are used to a normal large corporation store in LA, where the employees are rude or just do not care, you will find the employees here utterly polite and caring to the point of being creepy. You have been warned.....If i could give this store Above and Beyond Excellent in Quality Ratings i would!
