We went there on a Saturday afternoon to look for a Polaris ready to buy - spent at least 10 minutes in the showroom - not one person acknowledged our presence. I understand that this is a busy time but a “hello! We are pretty busy at the moment but we’ll get to you as soon as we can” would have worked wonders. Pretty disappointing after reading the stellar reviews!Update 10/25: We were contacted by Brent apologizing for our bad experience so we went back to the store to meet with him. He took his time with us and was extremely knowledgeable in helping us narrow down the right kind of Polaris/accessories. Grizzly Sports turned a negative into a positive and we appreciated their willingness to do right by us!

We are on our second Polaris side by side, both purchased at Grizzly. We outgrew the first one. Currently, I drive a General. A VERY tough vehicle. We were just out Memorial Day weekend, had a lot of fun.

The Sales team is awesome here. My 2021 Turbo S4 RZR was impossible to get at the time as stock had run low everywhere in the nation. I Spoke to Alan and he was able to get me one that day. They also have a full service shop that has been instrumental in offering advice etc. Great place to purchase from and highly recommended!! Thanks Grizzley Team for making my purchase easy!

Ive been doing business with Brent and Grizzly sports for years and Im never disappointed. I can trust that they do the work on time and never over charged. The best part is that most dealers allow there employees to rod the hell out of the customers ride but I showed up to pick my polaris and not one mile put on it. Bought our UTV here a couple of years ago. This place is great with sales, and the service desk is helpful. Since we bought the UTV we have purchased many upgrades and we always appreciated the quality work and that they come pick up and drop off the UTV from my house for no charge. Over the weekend we were looking to buy a trailer and met the owner who was very helpful and nice. Due to steel increasing in price we appreciated his honesty about trailers prices going up at this time and to not buy if we can wait. We will return. Excellent customer service.

I’ve been into motor sports most of my life and have dealt with all of the motor cycle shops in town over the years. Grizzly motor sports is unlike any other shop in town. I’ve purchased bikes parts and accessories from grizzly and every time I’ve been in the store they treat me like family. The owner Brent is so down to earth and very easy to deal with. John the parts manager is like no other. He’s knowledgeable about pretty much everything. He spends as much time as you need answering questions helping you find exactly what you’re looking for and what’s going to work best for you. I cannot Express how amazing all of grizzly employees are.

A friend and I are traveling the Trans-American Trail (TAT). We realized a few days out from Boise/Caldwell, ID we would need a tire change when we got there. Tire changes on my KTM 690 can be done by hand, but my friends KTM 990 is another story. We reached out to 4 shops in the area 3 days before our arrival. Grizzly Motorsports in Caldwell is the only shop that responded. Even though their service department was swamped Brent was willing to bring some one in early to help us out. That is beyond service; that is friendship! Hats of to Brent and Pat!!!

I went to there web site looking for a street bike, only one bike came up and a dirt bike at that. So I guess if you want something to ride on the street with the big boys, you will have to look elsewhere..

We needed a last minute little man wardrobe before our dune trip. We were packing up to leave and noticed that our 8 year old had out grown his riding clothes.We went to a couple of places looking for his size. While towing my ATVs home we hit a rough patch of road and bucked our trailer. The hitch disconnected and drug by the chains. Pulling off to the side of the road we were SOL without our jack. In my opinion, you will not find a better experience to purchase a toy anywhere in the valley. We looked everywhere for what we wanted for our next family upgrade and got told it’s impossible, Grizzley sports made it happen stress free.

Horrible service. charged me 300 bucks just to take a couple things apart and then tried to get me to spend an extra 1500+, entire preseason maintenance was only supposed to be 300, only thing they did was change case oil for 300. Literally couldnt take off the clutches on my snowmobile. Said it would be extra hours of shop time. I took my sled home and took the clutches off myself in a matter minutes. Told me my pistons and cylinders where all scratched yet nothing was taken apart, I took my whole top end off and there was no scratches at all in my cylinder. Tried taking advantage of someone that is not a mechanic and screw me out of more money. I would never take anything to Grizzly ever to get fixed. :(

Im a new customer to Grizzly and super happy, I was looking at a 2018 Husqvarna 701 in the summer and got on a waiting list with another dealer and they would never call me back to update me and when I called them they didnt know who I was. A couple of my friends said I had to meet Brent at Grizzly sports, my friend took me out there and Brent is a great guy and got me on the waiting list that day for the 701. I heard from Brent every 3 weeks on updates and he actually got one redirected to his dealership a little early so I would have it. I am sold on this dealership and they will get all my business going forward, I have already referred friends. Ive only talked to the service department but they have been a ton of help and this spring when some parts come out for my bike they will get my business. They are not a huge dealership but they have a great supply of machines and equipment. Do yourself a favor next time you are buying a bike or RZR and go meet Brent and his team.

My husband and I went into the store yesterday looking for an ATV. I’m unsure what exactly about us made the salesman deem us not worthy of his time. He engaged for a couple minutes, went outside to “check stock” after him not returning we went to leave and found him in the the parking lot carrying on a conversation with someone, he then proceeded to walk right past us without saying a word. We took our business down the road to Honda.

Best place to look at off road vehicles

I consider myself to be very critical of people I do business with. Especially automobile and power sports dealers. My last ATV was purchased across the boarder. Thinking I was getting a better deal. Let me just say this, all of these guys treat you like a friend and gave us a great deal. I even had notes written down to make sure there wasnt something hidden in the paperwork. Because of horrible past experiences with other dealers in the end, it was a little less than I thought. Very honest people work here! Went to Idaho to pick up a new sled. I ran into an issue at the dealership I originally set my deal up with. Walked in to Grizzly sports and asked if they had the sled i wanted. They said :no but we could probably get you one today. The owner recommend a good place to go for lunch, after that and a few errands i returned to the dealership and they had me all set up. great customer service and accomplished an unrealistic goal in a timely manner.

My first review of any place. The guys at grizzly sports are all top notch. Brent the owner was filling in for guys that had the day off. He was literally doing parts taking phone calls and even came out and loaded my sleds on the trailer. Im new to snowmobiling so Brent even took the time to show me how to load them properly. Only reason i will give one star is for the parts guy that finally checked me out. When i got in everyones sitting around not even saying hi or asking to help. So i walked to the service desk since the parts guy was on the phone asked them exactly what i needed to do a service on my rzr. They told me then didnt even bother to get up and help and help me find it. I went and found all the stuff. Went to go check out parts guy was still on the phone so i just took it to the service desk (there was a card machine on it) the two lousy service guys looked at me and said the parts guys could check me out. So i take all the stuff to the parts counter and wait another 5-10min until another guy came and took care of me. Horrible customer service. They also dont have much for accessories or anything like that. I will make the 2 hr drive to Mile High Powersports in McCall. I highly do not recommend Grizzly.

What a pleasure these guys are to work with! I originally bought my Polaris Sportsman ATVs from Carls Cycles in Boise. I have learned that their service department is not up to my expectations. So, I gave Grizzly Sports a try. They got my ATV right back and had the service done within the hour. They have a nice comfy couch to watch ESPN on while youre waiting. They service guys were nice. I appreciated that they didnt try to upsell me on anything, or tell me I had a problem that had to be fixed right now. That is what I experienced at the other guys. Ill definitely be bringing my ATVs back here for service in the future.

Beat everyone else prices. They were straight about everything. No nonsense didnt try to sneak in any fees or charges. Definitely see Casey in sales a couple of texts and calls and he had my 2018 rzr turbo ready to go, even had the latest recalls completed prior to picking it up.

Bought three brand new sleds here, bought a used sled from a dealer in Montana. Took the sled to grizzly for a clutch cleaning they took the clutch apart, left it apart to where the running sled I took them wasnt operable to load or unload and charged me $120 to pull a clutch ? Referred them to hundreds of riders but Ill go to Carls Cycle from now on. Service dept was a joke !! If youve ever pulled a clutch it takes 15 min. As well as they wanted another 2 hours labor to put the sled back together to where I could unload it. It ran fine when I dropped it off. I got a sled and a box of parts and charged $120 they did absolutely nothing.

They Sold Victory Motorcycles for years but wont work on them wow great customer service. wont recommend them or have my friends buy polaris or anything there anymore.

I cant speak high enough for the guys at grizzly powers ports. Connor was very friendly and went out of his way for me to make sure I had the machine I wanted in the time crunch I had. I believe his name was Richard in finance was very good about going over all the paper work. Of all the vehicles I have bought. He was the best at his job and very in depth but quick. Hats off to Grizzly Power Sports. I will be back 100 % and will refer everyone to Connor and Richard!!!!

This is a quality local business. We looked at dealerships accross the state to find out that the best customer service and best prices were in our own city. The ownership and staff were honest and worked hard to find the UTV the worked best for our family. I cant say enough good things about them. They earned our business.

Bought a used klx 400 for a very good price. The bike was on consignment and owner brought in some spare parts and manuals after I had purchased. Grizzly could have thrown these things in the garbage and I never would have known...they looked me up and mailed the items to me. I live 300 mile away and the chances that I will get to do business with them again is slim...they just did the right thing.

Some of the guys are helpful, but wouldnt recommend. A few months ago I witnessed a few grizzly guys insulting an older man behind his back because??. They lost my business instantly. Never thought about writing a review until I talked to a few fellow riders and they shared a bad experience too. Spend the extra 10 minutes and go to moto one in nampa.
