I’m new to dirt bikes and was so lucky to come across Robert and James! First, they helped in every way possible restore an older one for me (there service department is very knowledgeable!) and when that didn’t quite work out they way we planned, they helped me get a new bike. As a first time adult rider finding the right that I felt confident on was there first priority. I ended up with an RXB 150 and love it. The second priority was safety - I was able to get all my gear from them and they even ordered a few things for me that they didn’t have in stock. Best bike buying experience-recommend it to new and experienced riders.

Robert and James are absolutely fantastic. We have bought several bikes from these guys (GPX 250 two stroke and RXB 250), and we absolutely love the bikes. Multiple guys I work with have now bought bikes from them and everyone uses them for servicing and parts. Both James and Robert are highly knowledgeable and are both riders so they know what they are talking about. Couldnt be happier with everything up to this point and I recommend these guys to everyone I know.

Awesome first time experience with bikes and gear associated with riding. My son wanted a bike and my wife and I were sceptical due to safety price and practicality. Robert and James took a crazy amount of time to explain all the details...safety( walked through each piece of gear and the whole fitting process)dual purpose bike (kid, me, wife could use same bike wife and I are shorties). Honestly this was the single best customer service Ive probably ever had they did not need to spend all that time and explain all the fine details. They put the safety of the rider first and they have actual real life experience. I will definitely continue to take my sons new bike there for service wich the first service comes with a new bike. Im not huge into man toys but my son has rode a few times and this is a huge opportunity to get out and have fun with him and the whole family and I think Suicycle Racing really try to promote healthy family fun.

Was not impressed the moment I pulled into the parking lot. I drove into the parking lot and was met with a scene by whom I assume was either the owner or a misgruntaled out of control manager by the way he was yelling at another guy. Very unprofessional to the point I didnt even get out of my truck. I wouldnt want to do business or bring my family around someone who handles a situation as out of control and out of line as what I witnessed. The other guy seemed like he was trying to deescalate the situation. Granted, I dont know the whole backstory, nor do I care but from what I over heard it could of been easily resolved without a yelling match. Either way, I chose to take my business down the road.

Absolutely terrible store. The owner and his son have zero respect for people. The parts they sell are cheap products that they over charge for. All the dirtbikes are cheaply made air cooled, not a single name brand reputable product on their lot. If your looking for cheap parts and dirtbikes being sold by people with no respect, this is the place for you!I own a 2020 ktm 450 sxf factory edition. Would never even think of bringing my bike to a place like this after meeting the owner and reading the responses on these reviews. The lack of respect is beyond what Ive ever seen.Customers beware.

Upon arriving at the store it was a bit of a disaster. I attempted to park in the handicap spot as I cannot walk currently and it was blocked with dirt bikes. I was approached by an older man which I assume was the store owner. After speaking with him for a bit he didnt quite know how to answer my questions pertaining to his motorcycles and seemed to get very angry with me asking questions before I was about to spend a few thousand dollars. After about 10 minutes of attempting to get information about his motorcycles I made a decision to leave. I would never recommend anyone visit this store. If I could rate this lower I would.After reading the comments and his responses I am blown away by his responses and how unprofessional this place is.

Great people who provided exactly the professionalism and service they describe on their website. I found their website because I needed help from someone who knew dirt bikes and might offer some advice on short notice. I was from out of state visiting my daughter who has a small Chinese dirt bike that needed service and hadnt been started for over a year. I thought it would be an easy fix but after a full day of cleaning the carburetor, the plug, the gas tank and trying to adjust and reset everything per the instructions on every YouTube site I could find, the best run time I got from it was maybe 30 seconds. I was able to take it over to this shop in the back of a pickup and ask questions about the various issues I had. After James advice and suggestions I was able to bring it back home and properly redo my repairs and also replace other needed parts that James had noticed or werent fixable. The bike then ran but not well and I brought it back to James and Robert who scheduled me for a safety check and short service in which they made small fixes and final adjustments to the valves and carb. Amazing service! They were also more than fair in time and cost and were very kind even though they had a busy shop. The bike now runs better than ever. I have never been treated so well in a bike shop. I would recommend Suicycle as your first stop for purchase or repairs.

I would rate lower if possible. I went in and discussed tires and some work on 2 cruisers a few times. I went in 3 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment with James and we went over pricing again and the work orders where written. I asked him if I need to do anything else and he said no. But we had to schedule 3 weeks out. I called to verify appointment last week and asked if I could drop bike off the night before. I was told to call Monday and see if they had space I asked about tires and he told me he had not seen anything from UPS. Also, I should call later today to double check. This time I got Robert on the phone and he told me he didn’t order the tires as I didn’t pay for them yet. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I scheduled 3 weeks ago. He then went off on me and hung up the phone. I guess customer service is new to him. I am a regional manager for 16 states in the automotive industry and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Took our Harley tires in paid for 2 new tires and 2 new tubes mount and balance. We got the 2 new tires but not new tubes they were mounted but not balanced and just after getting the tires back put the bike on the highway and got a flat tire doing 75 miles an hour, got home and went to check the air pressure and the damn valve stem pulled out! When my husband confronted them they flat out lied to his face! Dispicable business!! Will never recommend them to anyone!

What a winter the desert is excellence for riding right now.

I originally brought my 2012 rmz 450 to robert muse with a laudury list of repairs needed (over $3,000.00 worth) where he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful at first untill it took 6 weeks to get my bike back THAT WOULDNT START....was told this was Normal and needed broke-in... so i proceeded to put 4+ hours on the bike which had no change on it starting cold. Robert insisted that there was nothing wrong with the work done and was not interested in looking at it to diagnose the no-start issue. I then paid the guys that know what they are doing (Birds of Prey Motorsports) and they found things to be out of adjustment and un plugged. (Bike runs great now) so i went and rode it and the freshly done fork seals blew on the first big ride. Robert agreed to re do the work. I went on 1 more ride after that and what do you know, here they sit leaking in my garage AGAIN. the son to robert, james; now says that my weight is why they leak and want to upgrade me to heavier suspension for upwards of $500.00.(why wasnt this pointed out before if its an issue?) Im fed up with the BS and i will no longer recommend and friends to support the local bike shop that i once had a soft spot for. Customers beware.
