Tried going to this location 3 times because it is close to my house. Rather drive a few more miles to avoid this store. You really wouldnt spend more time going anywhere else. Because you can drive across town and get help in the same amount of time. Staff acts like they dont care about any of their customers and they are only there to collect a paycheck.

They didnt know a single thing there and told us wed have to go to the other store to get things fixed (ss# was wrong and so was the verification code, that the other store set up). The other store informed us they could have done everything there just by calling customer service and spending 15 minutes on the phone with them. They also told us that we would have to sign up for Netflix and Apple TV first and then we would just be getting a credit for those (because we got those for free when we signed up), oh and guess what, thats not true either. All we had to do was get the link to sign up under and it was just free.Yall dont know anything you should, and just didnt feel like helping us because it was gonna be too much work. Learn how to do your job and stop trying to pawn it off on some other store because you dont want to take the 15 minutes it would have taken you. Just lazy!

Avoid this store at all cost, I worked with Christian and Carlos. The employees have no idea what they are doing. They completely set my service up wrong and didnt take any blaim. They said there system and customer service messed it up. They either cannot do math correctly or they will try to scam you by saying one thing and it will end up being something completely different. They ripped me off by not giving me $180 for a phone they purchased from and are claiming I didnt sell it to them.Tmobile is advertising they have AMAZING service. I wish I would have never have switched. Between the employees having no idea what there talking about and the terrible service, by far the worst experience I have had with a phone company. Oh and apparently Carlos is the highest person you can talk to with Tmobile!

I am a former Sprint customer and the transition to T-Mobile was smooth and effortless. My family was able to keep their existing numbers and my monthly bill will be $80 lower now. Team members were very educated in their products and services, they answered all of my questions and concerns with a smile and were also about to translate and relay the information to my father in Spanish. People the staff were good. But disappointed by lack of cell phones stores didnt have or couldnt order them nothing to do with being out of stock i can give 5 star to staf one star for equipment they did have phone cover

They were unable to help me and wouldnt let me buy a phone with cash even though my phone is over heating and about to explode or catch fire at any minute! Just because my sister is the name on the account. Shes working so i cant contact her 24/7 which is what t-mobile seemed to expect me to do. Ive been with their service for 6 months and wish i never signed up! So much trouble and horrible service at my home from any tmobile device.

The Store Manager and his staff were extremely helpful. Was greeted and made me feel comfortable with all the questions I had. They walked me through all the information that I needed with my billing and upgrades. Highly recommend that store with their service.

I went to this store and got set up with service. I visited at least 5 times and got no support. Ended up leaving T-Mobile because of that. Fearing they would still not help me I went to another store to return the phone. Learned there they charged me a fee for another line for my phone to have 2 numbers. I was never told about that either. The last store helped great but this one ruined T-Mobile for me.

I did get what I came in for, previous Sprint customer, BUT The 2 guys that helped me were a little rude. Lack of explanation on the transitioning process, I had to ask all the questions. When asked about back up, the guy gave me a look like I was clueless. He supposedly backed up my iCloud for me. I came back later because it didn’t back up and I didn’t know how to get my stuff on the new phone. My oldest came with me and she came in with her dad 4 days earlier and said her little brothers dirty hand print was still on the seat. No cleaning or sanitizing I assume, and their masks kept coming down. It may have been a bad or busy day, I don’t know. They do however seem to work together and no sales pushing when I said no to extra accessories.

Came here to get a new business plan and was told by an employee that I was required to leave my gun in my car he was very professional about it but I felt like my rights as a carrier to protect my family was violated this is against my right to carry and I would like this to change please thanks

How do you get in touch with the owner or regional manager regarding the horrendous customer service we received today? We needed questions answered regarding switching 3 lines to tmobile as well as hooking up a new phone on the existing line. It was 11:15 am was the only customer in the store and your two employees told me to download smart switch and do it myself. Basically told me the 3 lines shouldnt be added on my line. They should establish their own service. Im extremely dissatisfied.

Jazmin is a liar and a thief. I have reported this to the store manager and area supervisor with no response. On Sept 6 my family went into this location to buy a new phone. Jazmin told us if we canceled our current plan and bought new phones we could get the new phones free and they came with a free accessory. We picked out 2 phones and I kept I had another phone to add. We picked out 2 cases because she said they were free. And since my phone was a new line, she was throwing in a free SD card for it. We were planning on the total being around $115 but she came up with $218. When we questioned her she said the account was prorated. And it was just how it rang up. I told my husband it must be charging us up front for 2 months. Jazmin did not correct me. Since that would bring us within $10 we agreed to not argue over a small difference. We were not given a receipt. I called 611 when we got home and they told me our account was credited $118 not $218. I immediately assumed she pocketed the difference and called to ask for a manager. She said she was the manager. I went to another local branch to ask for help. They told me I should have gotten a receipt and to go get it. I went back 2 days later and the receipt showed she charged us for 2 sd cards !!! And 2 cases. We did not even get 2 sd cards and the cases were supposed to be free. I called the store and left a message for a manager to call us. Never got a call. We went into the store and talked to manager Allee who said she was aware of the problem and was waiting on the regional manager to contact her. Said she would call us. We didnt hear from her. My husband and I both called Adon who is the regional manager and did not get a return call. We were over charged by $100. Jazmin also deleted the text messages that are sent to our phones when changes are made which covered up the fact that we did not pay for 2 months. I was told the stores record everything, so we asked them to review the tape which will prove she said these items were free, then we are told they do not record sound. We are cancelling our account because of this and will not recommend them to anyone. We have had metro PCS for 5 years not because we had to. If they would rather keep an employee who lied and cheats rather than an honest long term customer, so be it. I have zero respect for Adon the regional manager also. Poor leadership.

So much for resolution. **This location told me the s10 is too old of phone for them to have Screen protectors in stock Employees not very helpful. Not to mention the sign on the door says.due to local government mandate a mask is required in this store. Canyon County is under no such mandate!!

I never give reviews but I am really impressed with the sales associate who helped me. My husband and I cancelled service about 7 months ago with tmobile, but have been unsuccessful getting customer service to send us a final bill. I have called customer service about 5 times the last 5 times and always ended up pretty annoyed and getting nothing resolved. I went into the store and Cristian helped me. He went above and beyond, called customer service and got them to understand what I needed from them. Even though we cancelled service, he treated me like we were still with tmobile, and he was very patient. If you ever need help, I recommend just going straight to him and this store. Skip calling customer service. Thank you again, Cristian!

Was told did not take of Metro customers only T Mobile. Very rude and it seemed like I was a bother and my phone call was not important and to call a Metro store and when ask for assistance in Metro phone number he said he couldnt help me. Because he only works T-Mobile. I thought the two merged as a Company.The man that answered was rude and short.Ive been with Metro over a year and enjoyed until today 09/23/2019. Im considering changing my phone provider.

Excellent customer service. Walter Quirks did a great job. Spent more money than I intended but because of my excellent credit, I got broken new phone replaced with a LG V30. Got a deal on a LG tablet. My monthly bill will go up but Walter did a great job saving me money. Thank you.

Visited this store the other day and was very happy! Jasmine was really nice and considerate, and the store looked clean! I would recommend MetroPCS to anybody looking to save money on their bill!

Im not adept with smart phones, but when I visited the store to upgrade, Alee was a consummate professional and helpful above and beyond. I walked out the store, hardly wanting to leave because the service was so great and I knew if I encountered a problem she would be right there with answers. The experience I had was one of the best in any place Ive gone needing assistance.

Sumi went above and beyond to help me with new phone. I would recommend this T--Mobile shop above all others. Earlier in the day I went to T-Mobile at Marketplace. No one there even acknowledged me when I walked in. Yes they were busy but they were also busy at this store and the employees still greeted every customer that walked in.

The associate was very pleasent and handled the situation of being the only employee there that day. She was very busy and accidentally made a mistake of over charging me her manager on the other hand is really something else not impressed at all. They charged me for an assory for my phone that i was told was free when i returned less than 10 mins later she would not let the the girl refund my money saying assories we non refundable tho it states on the receipt after opening no i did not open. The girl tried to make it right but i just needed my $20 back. I only hope the cell service is better than the service from that manager !!!
