The appointments are all so very exceptional. All the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, kind and most EXCELLENT. I was scared when I first went, but there is no need to be. Thank you for all your help and Love. Many BLESSINGS to you all.

The Eye Associates website and marketing material are completely misleading. It is not $1,250 per eye for EVERYONE (their website literally says everyone gets our LASIK price of $1,250/eye...No hidden fees or sliding scale, this is completely false. Do not trust these guys!

Good place to go as long as Char is there. They have taken a good Drs office and cut staff and reduced to ones who dont always know what they are doing so it makes you not want to go there. To bad they dont listen to their patients!

I went for my first appointment ever and was greeted friendly and was very quick. I saw char for my glasses and she was so helpful. This was a great place to go

I called in advance to make sure my insurance was accepted and was told that it was. When I arrived they took my insurance card and reassured me that my insurance was accepted. My exam was great. Dr. Dayton was awesome and was very professional and personable. When I went to check out I was told that my insurance was indeed NOT accepted and that I was on the hook for $180. I then asked why I was told twice that my insurance was accepted and I was told that it was because the gal was new and didnt know. How is that my fault? I went there solely because my insurance was accepted. If you feel like seeing a great doctor and get bamboozled at the same time go see the eye associates.

Waited for 45 minutes, behind three other people who had waited 30, 45, and 60 minutes after their appointment times (people were complaining pretty openly). Harried and polite receptionists gave no reason for the delay. I finally had to leave because I had another appointment to go to. Eye Associates dont seem to realize they have competition. Ill be looking for another optometrist, but if you enjoy fancy waiting rooms and have whole days to waste sitting around, give them a try.

Have been going to this office for past several years. Have never waited longer than 5-10 minutes for an exam. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, my prescriptions have felt very accurate.

Very pleased with the services and care received by all the staff. They have in clinic optical section to select frames and order glasses. All professional and knowledgable.

In 2018 Service here has declined substantially. Optical wont return phone calls. While I committed to changing my contacts monthly, thats hard to do when I can never get a return call so I can order them. OR . . the new person makes me come for another appointment which costs more money. Additionally, the receptionist transfers me without my permission and was actually quite rude. Im not sure what the problem is, but Im likely going to find another source for eye care. Thats sad because Ive been going to this place since 1983!!!
