Have been going here for years, top notch service with Dr. Kotter and good prices on frames and lenses.

Vision center is awesome! Theresa, Sheryl and the first women that helped me (sorry forgot her name) were absolutely great). They were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I really appreciate their level service. With all do respect, I dont go to Walmart for service. Very nice to see great service in any corporation of this caliber. People that really care. Thats what sales and service is all about. Its really simple; it just needs to be applied. I know where I am going for my 1st round of contacts in a couple months. Knowledge, service, and friendliness. They have it all.These ladies had replacement lens in about 3 days.Thank you ladies for your help getting me squared away on my glasses!

I visit this particular vision center often, and am usually so pleased with their customer service. Today I went in to pick up an order. There were five customers waiting in line, and the customer in front of us was picking up an a contact order. After collecting her order she checked out with around 20 items including spray paint, food, and other household items. I understand that this is Walmart, but that is so unprofessional to advertise as a vision office and then have customers wait while you cashier! Thats what the check stands 10 feet away are for.

My new frames ended up damaged after a lens remake and frame adjustment. I dont presume to know how it happened, but I know that I didnt damage them. When I mentioned it, the lady immediately got defensive and rude. She took a new pair of frames off the wall and switched my lenses out, which was good. But she put the right lens in the left side and vice versa. Most of the customer service Ive received at this location has been poor. Either just highly lacking, or unprofessional. From here forward, I will drive the extra 10 miles to go to a different optical center.

I have had the best experience at the Caldwell Wal-Mart vision center than any other place I have gone to. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Ive had several issues even getting things from my file. Different employees tell me different things when it comes to policies and procedures.

Bad customer service
