They are wonderful. I purchased a chair a year and a half ago. Someone broke my handle and they fixed with no charges. Very caring and nice.

Purchased a Stanton sectional. Stanton has a significant amount of fabric choices & sectional styles. Two other stores in the valley had fabric samples that were no longer available! Sample books here were up to date & the owners were very helpful to make sure the sectional we chose fit our space. The store has a nice inventory of Stanton pieces so we were able to see the fabric we liked on a sofa versus trying to decide from a small fabric sample. The sectional we ordered came in early & delivery was a breeze! Stress free shopping experience!

American furniture Mart treated us great. Super friendly staff, awesome service, and great responses to issues. Our New sofa and love seat had a small issue with the frames and without any questions they took them back, fixed them, and had them back the same day. I will definitely buy more furniture from them in the future.

Went in shopping for a couch. Tired of buying throw away couches from chains. Want to buy something usa made and higher quality. The bolder woman who helped us was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesperson I have ever met. She knows her stuff and you can tell they stand behind their product.

Never been to this store before. I had passed it hundreds of times. Thought I would stop in and check out the store. I was looking for a specific item. When I walked in.. could get NO help. Then finally when someone did help me... he was NOT helpful at all. Told me that items could not be SOLD individually. They come in groups. I did NOT need a group.. I wanted ONE piece. I thought that a SALE would be a SALE. Guess you do it their way.. OR not at all. Guess what it was NOT AT ALL.!!! I would NEVER go back to that store. I am sure there are friendly places to go for sure!! I will make sure that I let people know ... try other places for sure!!

Dont be fooled!!! We thought we found the perfect place to get furniture. Upfront they are super nice and helpful. Two weeks later, when we needed to exchange the chair as it is not working for my 100 year old Grandfather, they wont do an exchange. In Kristin’s words “sorry, we can’t fix what isn’t broken”. Come on now, I would never treat a customer that way!!!We were going to purchase an electric chair from them; spend more money. Kristin could care less. I sure hope you never have to deal with an ailing family member Kristin.I support family businesses 100%; however I would tell everyone I know dont shop here, as they do not care one bit about you after you walk out the door. I guess they would rather lose business than make sure a customer is happy. We weren’t asking for a lot. We just wanted to exchange a chair that we bought on 9/3/18. Please I beg you to reconsider shopping here. I am not bitter; I am just surprised that they could really care less about their customers. I guess this isn’t Costco, Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, RC Willy, the endless list of companies who do want their customers to be happy. Yes we will take our business elsewhere. I really hope they reconsider how you treat your customers once they walk out the door. Remember customers are who build your business. Customers are who pay your mortgage, and keep you in business. Again, please reconsider before spending your hard earned money here.

I have purchased my furniture from American Furniture Mart for years and will continue to do so. It is one of the few places where I know that my dollars are going to a local business that stays in Idaho! Plus, there are so many advantages to buying local...like quality and customer service and real people who care!

This guy who was taller and older who worked here was rude to me when applying for a driver job position, accused me of being a criminal because i had been out of work for over 2 years at the time and would not even give me a chance for a job( course now i know i would not want to work here after meeting him ) he posts that he is hiring for this job to do all aspects of the store EVERY DAY for the last 2 years....he took a 3 month break but has been posting again...he must not hire or else he wouldnt have to post the same post over and over every other day for 2 years straight. and again hes posting hes hiring...just about every month the last 3 years, someone emailed me saying they do this all the time since they applied as well

Just left this store, my partner and I said we were looking for a king mattress and frame or just mattress. We are of the LGBT community and were told that they didnt have either and we would have to shop around somewhere else!
