Called ahead to make sure truck was available for pickup; automated phone service dysfunctional and repeatedly hung up on me.Was told the equipment was available for pickup but I couldn’t pick it up because I wasn’t the cardholder. Nationwide miscommunication between branches and call-center reps.Finally got everything confirmed and drove thirty minutes to pick it up only to be rudely informed that I was too early and the truck wasn’t ready and she was going to lunch!So much for being responsible and proactive; I wasted two hours but good thing I was able to show up before closing time.

We reserved two weeks before the date needed, but the night before they didnt have the truck. They came through with a promise of a larger truck by 11 a.m. The called at 2 pm with the truck we needed to pick up two hours before the scheduled time. We were scrambling to get a truck for the move from another source but promised the bigger truck for the original price quote.We returned the truck three and a half hours early, at 1:30pm. They were supposed to be open to 2 pm. But were already closed. Because of Covid-19 no one enters the store, you call them and talk to them through a glass door.

Alexandrea struggled with the software they use to get our truck booked but worked hard to resolve the issue, which wasnt her fault. She absolutely went the extra mile to help get us sorted so we could get on the road. Very much appreciated and her customer service was as good as it gets.
