Ever since we moved here 3 years ago, we have used Store-It Self Storage as our storage place. Weve parked trucks, trailers, and had 3 different size units. We still have 1 until and 1 space with our trailer being utilized. The gal who runs the place, Rochelle, is AMAZING!!! She always communicates really well and calls people back within a timely manner. She has helped us find different units at other locations when her location didnt have anything open and placed us on a wait list so that all of our storage units could be together, and we werent running all over town. The grounds are clean and very well taken care of and and I loved their simple supply of packing materials and padlocks for the units. I know my stuff is secure behind a gate that requires a code to get in. Their prices are by far, the best around!!!! Highly recommend

Not very professional to deny access to my storage unit without even a hint of a notice. Didnt find out until I went to access my unit for jumper cables that was desperately needed that I was put on restrictions. Had to call to find out why. Apparently because I had been at my unit for longer then they approved of. Well Im sorry that I didnt have anything in my unit organized because I had to have people that I didnt know help me pack and move. Not by choice it was very unfortunate my situation and now Im being taken advantage of again by this facility. When I asked why I didnt receive any notice Rochelle rudley replied she did not have to notify me of restrictions. Excuse me but I wanted a storage unit where I would have access to all my belongings and I signed the lease for 24 hour access with the weather changing I need things and have a hard time finding them because I dont know where everything is.i realize people may loiter because of other reasons but I was also trying to consolidate this unit so I wasnt paying for two. But thats my fault and now Ive got to take time out of the day to access my belongings from 9 to 5 because of Rochelle unfair judgement ? Not very fair or compassionate or professional in my opinion. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I have even paid early for my unit.

Everything was fantastic! Rented a storage unit at a fair & not overinflated cost, like most storage facilities in this area. Also rented a Uhaul truck from the same location, which was VERY convenient! But the best part was Rochelle! She is fantastic! Efficient, friendly & trust a pleasure to interact with!

Of all the self storage places I looked at, Stor-It is absolutely THE BEST! The whole facility looks very well maintained and the units are clean and tidy. The drive through lanes are plenty wide enough to get in and out and still have space to park. You have 24-hour access to your stuff, which is not easy to find anywhere else. The manager, Rochelle, is really nice to work with and so very helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a little extra space for their belongings.

We have used this storage co. in the past and that is why we are using it again. The people that work there are vary polite and help you quickly finding a unit to rent. Would recommend St or_it Self Storage to everyone who need to store.things. Great place and great people working there.....

I came in to acquire a parking spot. Rochelle help me figure out everything I needed and was very friendly and easy to deal with. There were to small hiccups that got worked out though. I had some problems with my reservation fee at first and you say I signed everything for my spot I went a looked at the place, and someone had put something in that spot. The employees where very quick to deal with these issues and made sure all my concerns were taken care of.

The Team at the Chicago Street Location of Stor-IT was phenomenal. They were able to accommodate my last minute storage needs and worked with me to make sure I had the unit as long as I needed. The facility was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend that people choose this location.

Been with them for over 2 years now. Best storage unit iv ever rented. They make you feel like family and they are really nice and caring. Im in the army so Im gone a lot and they are very understanding and willing to work with you on things. I am very happy with them.

Rochelle is amazing!!!...very friendly, personable and professional. She’s is very prompt is notifying me of any changes, bill needing payed ect. She is the reason I stay.However there is a gentleman if that’s what you call him, that was filling in for her while she was on vacation a while back. He is extremely rude, foul mouthed and in general has a disgusting dirty appearance. I was there to get my mail and have been a regular with you guys for many years. He demanded me to show my ID to get my mail and I asked why I had never been asked or required to show it before? He said cause that’s they he does things and if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else... I had a few choice words for him and I would highly recommend him to not be a person to work your counter there or anywhere. Rude and has no manners.Thank youRachel Garrett

I like the way you have 24-hour access to the place and I like that you have a 14 days before youre charged in late fee also the security it is very good the way the lights come on by motion sensors when you drive through .

My experience has been overall very good. No huge problems, minor payment issue. Nothing big. Staff are the best.

The Caldwell Store it is awesome to deal with. My stuff is safe and well secured with easy access. Rochelle is the best! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

This is a good choice for a storage unit if you have the need. There are several sizes available. They have convenient payment options so that you can automatically make your payment and never have to worry about being late. The workers are pretty nice and they are friendly.

Unfortunately my view has been going downhill their phone call pay system is very deceiving maybe not on purpose but its very unprofessional and confusing.

Rented mailbox there for 20 plus years. They got new owners n prices went ridiculously up. So had to say good bye.

Weve had our 10 × 20 unit with Stor-It since 2015... Weve never had an issue with rodents, winter access, after hours access, or impolite staff... Rochelle has been polite, communicative, and accommodating.

Stor- it self storage has been a great place to keep my stuff. I currently live out of state and the convienence of how to pay my bill- online or over the phone- works perfectly! Most companies charge you for payments over the phone but they don’t. I’ve never had any trouble getting ahold of someone and of course- my favorite person to talk to is Rachelle. She’s awesome!!

We own 3 dollys...returned uhaul and miraculously the zip tie was broken! This lady broke it herself we never used the dolly! Will never go back or recommend that place! She even charged us extra than the original quote! Total ripoff

Terrible customer Service. My bank sent a check, which they state never arrived and even after proof that the bill pay sent the check they still charged a 20.00 late fee. 27% of the monthly fee.

Hard to get a hold of anybody after hours though they say its 24 hour help.Plus wont admit its there fault when its their gate box is broken.You cant get at your stuff for days but hey they dont care.
