My experience with Verizon today was excellent. My Verizon associate was very helpful and patient. She answered all my questions (i had a lot of question) . She also was very courteous. She knows whats she doing. I will come again and refer my friends.

I always drove pass this store and thought this was a very nice store to come to, boy was I totally wrong about that . First time walking in and I noticed a since nasty rude attention when the young lady was talking to me like if I done something wrong to her. I asked a couple of simple questions about different phones they had and pay my bill she and the young man in the store, acted very strange when responding back to me with a straight rude looking face . Not smiling, no humour or not customer service friendly at all . Will never come to this store again never. I felt uncomfortable being in there with no phones on the on display really strange acting young people. How can Verizon keep their business running with young rude black people like these.

Had a great time shopping there was very remarkable and professional. Can’t wait to go there again. Dre was the best guy there to get you what you need.

Josilyn was great. Wait time was long (only two people working and a guy ahead of me who apparently knew how to do NOTHING on his own with his phone), but once she got to me, I was out in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful.

My husband and I visited this location yesterday and I have nothing but good things to say. They were very busy but two associates both said they would be right with us. We were able to get two new phones, and our accessories no problem! The young lady who helped us transferred our contacts and pics to new phones, traded in our old phones, and gave us the best plan for our money, staff was friendly and curteous! Keep up the good work guys! My husband and I are very happy with our new phones!

The manager is male. Despite that I received excellent customer service but never returned to make my $400 down payment to resume service with this carrier. Verizon was my first wireless carrier back in 1996. Sometimes you cannot even go back to your first love.
