Just changed the tires. Then got flat tire because of a medal stuck in the tire. They dont cover the road hazard warranty. I still prefer another tire company better. They will warrant for a better coverage. Not happy about that.

I.have never had such a great experience as I have at this Firestone. Not only did my car get taken care of, but in the manner that they handled it. I havent been to a shop were it felt welcoming and had the staff treat their clients like they care. Chris was amazing, great service, his attention to detail, and just awesome attitude. Highly recommend this location. Will definitely keep returning. Thank you guys..

I took my car in for their point inspection and oil change before driving 1600 miles out of state. Not only did they try to sell me unnecessary stuff but the work they did could’ve been catastrophic. They didn’t put the o ring on my filter so it began leaking oil. Also they overfilled the oil. Bad place to take your car!! Beware!

I had a great experience that was reasonably priced. Chris H was super cool and he really helped me out when I needed new tires. Will definitely be coming back again.

This place used to be good. when manager Fareed left it took an obvious turn very quickly. heres an example, today i called the store to see about scheduling an oil change, they said no need to schedule just bring it in. so I did, when I got there they said they were too busy to do an oil change by closing time which was over 3 hours later. i told them i called and the guy there denied talking to me on the phone, he said the number I called wasnt theirs. so I called it, and their phone rang. I walked out and will never return.

Was taken care of really fast. Had to stop because of a small problem without and appointment and the store manager got me taken care of. She was quick and intuitive with getting me back on the road.

I have a lifetime alignment on me vehicle I cant even get done on a stock truck because their alignment rack is too small. Guess they align cars only either that or were too busy.

It is awesome this place is open on Sundays and they helped us in a very timely manner but the price was a little higher than I was use to, still a good experience.

An experience worthy of comment! Service Advisor Traci and Technician Austin could not have been more helpful or courteous. Our battery replacement was completed in less than 20 minutes; Traci recommended we open an account with Firestone, noting there wa a $20.00 discount for doing so! It is out of the question for us to consider a different Service Center!

Great prices, great people. I got a set of 4 tires, including balancing and alignment for way less than what the other stores, including Costco were offering. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and did not pushed for the sale. Believe me or boy, it was a pleasant experience

Awful, I came in today as soon as they opened because I needed a tire patched up. The parking lot was empty and there were no cars being serviced so it looked like they weren’t busy. I don’t live in Camarillo so it was kind of an emergency so I can get back on the road. The blonde lady was rude and said I can’t get any help if I didn’t make an appointment. I pointed out that they weren’t busy and she stated there was a sales event and she only had 2 techs. She was rude and didn’t even apologize that they couldn’t take my car in. Very disappointed with the customer service considering most of the reviews are good. Anyways, I went to America’s tire afterwards and they got me in and out in less than 30 mins and the best part is that it was free. Someone’s gotta teach that Karen of a sales associate about customer service, maybe she should take tips from America’s tire about customer service.

Very Good! They were fair when I had a concern about an alignment that I had done. Kenny and Gabriel are both nice guys to deal with. When I brought it to their attention that I had not received a readout of the before and after alignment measurements (due to a broken printer), they were fair and gave me a refund without any trouble.

I walk in to make an appointment yesterday to one of the their staff . He put down appointment 4:30pToday I came in and said no appointment with my name and time Im disappointedAnd again I cant get appointment car after 1hrDue to they drop a little peace of metal idk what it isNow, I will get informed tomorrow morning if the car is ready Im very upset 😡 todayI want my car back!Not a good costumer Services Ill give them 2 stars

I needed an oil change and to have my check engine light checked. I arrived about 15 minutes early and the open sign was on and saw someone else go in and so I went in about 5 minutes before they opened and was greeted with a smile and he took my information and ran the check engine code immediately. This place has some of the nicest staff Ive dealt with from a car care shop. Not having an appointment I was in and out under 2 hours with a full car check with tire rotation, oil change and information about the check engine light which thankfully, wasnt anything that needed to be taken care of that day.

Gabriel and Richard were very helpful. I brought my car in due to engine noise. Gabriel told me that it is really an AC compressor issue. I appreciate their honesty in letting me prioritize repairs based on urgency. My pleasant experience today made me a more loyal customer.

Bought and mounted four new tires here. Friendly professional service. They took me without an appointment and I was out the door in under 2 hours. Though, they tacked on some protection plan without telling me.

These guys were great. I needed two front tires. I called, they got me right in, even checked the alignment and gave me the sheet that showed the current position without trying to force a sale. Im very appreciative. Will definitely use them for all of my tire/alignment needs in the future.

Great service and the costs were very reasonable as well. They could easily have charged me a fortune because i thought i had screwed something up good. But they did an inspection and fixed the problem which turned out to be not as bad ad i had thought. Extra star * for honesty!

They are very nice but 5 hours for a scheduled oil change really?... update: they gave me a free oil change for the inconvenience... but didnt put oil in the car! They could of blew my engine. Word of advice check oil in parking lot before leaving....I just talked to them they were very nice and are fixing the problem.

Tried to over charge me 200.00 for tires. Good thing i knew what i was doing. Cant be trusted. Too bad couldve gotten a life long customer

I am very unhappy with their service. I would not give them even one star. They charge you hundreds of dollars more only because you are a woman. I was there because my car had a water leak. They told me they had to change the timing belt, the water pump, the thermostat, and a gasket. The price they gave me was much more than it is usually charged for this type of work. When I objected the price, they offered me to open a credit card. They told me the car is already up so I had no choice. A few days later my son tried to get more information about the repairs. Every time he called, they told him their system was down, and they did not want to provide more details. It looked like the problem was the gasket (very cheap repair), but they charged me hundreds of dollars for unnecessary at that moment repairs.

The customer service associate that attended to me wanted to sell me a new tire instead of repairing the one I had. After over an hour and a half of waiting he gives me this information.. when he could have verified immediately what the outcome would be have he inspected the tire when I came in. Complete waste of time. Showed no empathy.. I live in Camarillo but I would rather drive to Oxnard or Ventura for auto repair than to waste my time at this establishment.

Gabriel and Kenny are fantastic!! Professional, always honest, and even when I would price check around around they were always reasonably quoting. We use them for five years and would highly recommend them to anyone!

My friends and family have been coming to this place for years! They were very reliable and trustworthy. For the past few years they have gotten horrible with customer service, attitudes, and work that doesnt even get done. They told me the break fluid was dirty and they were going to change it (and I paid for this service.). I took it back the next week because my brakes were still squeaking and he tried telling me again that the break fluid was dirty. As he was telling me while looking through the paper work he realized that I was charged for it and it was not done. He told me it would be on them since they did it the week before. They dont do the things that they promised. I took back my car 4 times in 1 month because my breaks still squeaked. I have two jobs and go to school full time. I do not have time to be taking it back. Let alone take it back for nothing to get done to it. I took it upon myself to change the brakes, not to my surprise they stopped squeaking. So...Did they even do anything to my car!!!!??? My friends and family have been lied to and charge for services that were not done to their vehicle. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Find another Firestone. I will never trust this place again.

Ive taken my car to them to check and adjust wheel alignment for about 10 years. I bought a lifetime alignment contract - a good deal. They have served me well.

DONT TRUST THEM TO WORK ON YOUR CAR! Worst experience I have ever had with Firestone. I had a radiator replacement, then I attempt to pick up my car and the power steering is out. They fix that free of charge but today I turn the AC on and it blows out hot air! Dont risk having to pay extra money for poor service. Now they wont state that they hace nothing to do with it and wont help me. Terrible customer service!

They can do most everything but if it isnt in-stock and you cant wait, Oxnard most likely will have it.
