After being told that it would be more than $350 for the dealer to replace the battery on our car, we decided to do it ourselves after watching a YouTube video. We looked all around town and was about to go with one of those car supply parts store but fortunately found out in time that Batteries Plus Bulbs carries car batteries too. (Not sure why I thought theyd only have small batteries and items.) They had the best price in town for a brand name Ive heard of (Duracell), we ordered online and it was ready for pick up almost immediately. The people at the store were all super friendly, carried the battery to our car, and when we came back later with the old battery, it was quick and easy to get the recycle battery fee refunded. Battery works great! Of course, only time will tell if the battery lasts (Ill update if it doesnt). Definitely will check these guys out first in the future for any battery needs. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Michael and Josh for awesome customer service they helped me out in fixing my Note 9 front and back glass covers. Now my phone looks awesome, black and pink/purple depending what light youre in now. 😁 And also they were patient and stayed professional and answered my questions. I was in a good mood when I got off work and entered the store to buy a battery. I was in my hospital scrubs and inadvertently forgot to wear my mask. A girl at the counter asked if I had my mask and I said yes, do I need to wear it? A person who I was not talking to rudely told me to put it on or leave. He started to site CDC guidelines and is apparently a medical expert selling batteries. He started a confrontation with me because of his terrible customer service when there didnt have to be one. I will never go to this store again and recommend you dont also. The other girl in the store was nice but the guy there is the worst customer service person I have ever seen. Dont buy from these people.

Kind of expensive but not exceedingly so. Two batteries in garage door openers. Service was quick, and the employees were nice.

I dont know if the driver of this stores company truck, possibly a delivery truck, is the owner or just an employee. But, the fact that they try to ram people off the road, flip people off, and drive dangerously, suggests this is not a place anyone should be doing business at. I will never do business at the Camarillo or Ventura Batteries Plus due to the disregard of the employees/owner for others people safety. When you are driving a company truck you are an ambassador for that company, and the driver of this stores truck just shows the public your business should be taken elsewhere. For automotive needs, I would recommend any of the parts store chains, where you find more knowledgeable staff, and for your other battery needs go to Amazon.

Do not purchase vehicle batteries here. Learn from my mistake and go to an auto parts store or dealership. The will only honor their “warranty” if you leave the battery at the store for two days leaving you without a vehicle until they complete their “testing”. They will not offer a rental battery. I was forced to purchase another battery while they “tested” old battery. They found old battery (purchased less than a year ago) to be fine and will not refund the other battery I was forced to purchase. The owner, Demelza, offered to refund $18 for the core only if I left old battery. Corporate customer service was a joke. Take your cash elsewhere!!!!

The hours are convenient and realistic - 8 am till 8 pm. There is always someone to help whether you are getting a new cell phone battery or buying 10 deep cycle 8D batteries. (Very expensive) I was the one with the cell phone. I have never experienced them being out of stock on something that I wanted. Always lots of parking. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

I have shopped at B+ for many years and they are always very helpful.

I LOVE these guys. I work for a campus police department with three stations all spread apart. An officer can call in an order and check if its available, then the store will contact me for payment. Its great and they have just about every kind of battery (and light bulb!) known to mankind. Thanks for the great job, Justin!

Great shop!! Ive gotten batteries for everything from my cars keyfob to my daughters cell phone. Service is wonderful. Theyre always so helpful, and they always install the batteries at NO CHARGE. Replacement screen for iPhone 8. The touch screen is terrible. Clearly not genuine parts. Typing is super inconsistent and scrolling registers as clicks randomly. Makes the phone pretty unusable. Waste of money. I do not recommend.

One day later . I spoke to the owner. He was just as obstinate as his employee .We didnt break you watch and he hung up on me. Yes, I cannot prove the shop Broke my watch. I just find it peculiar my watch was working and then it wasnt. After changing my battery, the light worked. I went home and a couple of hours later, I realized my watch still had the same time.I went back and they told my watch was broken! This place is amazing! Able to replace the insides of my lawnmower battery in less than 10 minutes. They even put it back together for me, and then gave me a discount! Lawn mower works a champ again after 5 years, I am so grateful!!!

Ordered on line to pick up at local store. Even though it said ready for pick up, It was out of stock. I received a call from the store and telling me they had to pick up battery from another store. I picked it up next day. No problem. I appreciated the phone call.

Called about a specific battery, which they said they had at twice the amazon price (was willing to pay). When we got there they didnt have the correct battery due to an incorrect inventory label. Very frustrating.

Couldnt locate one easily elsewhere but BPB has several and just the one I needed! (This Delco battery had a discount also.). BPB is great. They always seem to have what I need in stock and at the best price available.By the way, they installed my battery free in the pouring rain. What a company!!
