I do not recommend this place at all if you’re looking to use a restroom. I had to use the restroom because I suddenly have my monthly visitor… I bought the stuff I need… but they said their restroom is closed. Seriously, no good.However, I found a pair of good slippers for my boyfriend. That’s why it’s 2 stars instead of one.

Vicky went out of her way helping me find a product at 8 am. All over the store. I got a dollar off and Kenneth rang me up super quick. This store has it all.

Do not shop here. The cashiers selectively triple check your money through the money checking machine even after using the marker. So far night-time supervisor was ZERO help. Couldnt empathize with how that could make a younger African American women feel. We will see what the Manger says tomorrow

I went to see if they had basketball while i was shopping and looking for the basket ball card i heard the team members calling fir the manger over the radio but it took him 5 calls to get out of his little office but when he finally came out of his office mumbling about how they keep calling him after he got done at the front he did help a customer and look for the product for them but when i seen him on the sales floor i said i see your busy but i have a quick question and i asked when the basketball card shipment is and he laughed and basically said he doesnt have time for that an

I just transferred my prescription to this pharmacy a month ago and was very happy,the pharmacist and pharmacy clerk Sergio were super nice and helpfulI, almost give a five stars review for this branch but got disappointed today, the pharmacy clerk that I encountered today was so rude, no customer service at all.

Went there for passport photos to be taken. She gave me blurry pics and charged me first before giving me my pics. very dishonest or unprofessional? it was only until I got them in my hands I realized how blurry they were. and I was in a hurry to get out so I didnt have no time to argue with her

Been going here for years for my prescriptions. Never had an issue until one staff member in the pharmacy was rude and felt like she intentionally delayed my prescription transfer. Otherwise all the staff have always been nice and helpful.

UPDATE: I have been going here for 2 years now. They finally hired nicer staff. HOWEVER,1. Always understaffed2. Wait is AT LEAST 15-20 min anytime of day3. They always mess up and I have to call my doctor4. Ive switched to Target which is never busy and nicer. :)I have been going to this pharmacy for 6 months now. They are almost always understaffed and the wait with only two people is guaranteed to be 10-15 minuets. The pharmacists are nice but the staff at the counter helping you get your prescriptions dont seem happy and dont even bother to try.

This pharmacy must be greatly understaffed. The wait times are unbelievable. If they tell you your prescription will be ready at 6, dont show up till 7 at the earliest. If it wasnt across the street from my house I would never go there to fill my prescriptions.

Very busy pharmacy. Usually a very Long wait at pharmacy. Last place I would go to get prescriptions. The store is clean and organized. Staff is very nice.

I miss my old Walgreens:/ the pharmacy staff here I feel are really rude...its like theyre annoyed to have to do their job. Im always stressed out when I call to see if a prescription is ready, because the tone in their voices makes me feel like theyd rather be anywhere but there. Cant they just pretend to be happy to a polite customer?

They are horrible. I had to go there 3 times after their phone call that the prescription would be ready within 3 hours. On the 3rd day, I had to scream at their counter after hours of being left alone at the counter and keeping ask for help to the manager who left for a break and came back. I told him, I am still here., but he just ignored me. Finally, I got a portion of the prescription with various dosage tablets. I am sure that they are the worst pharmacy in the USA.

I have worked with three pharmasist individuallyat the CVS on Carmen and they were great. Communication skills and advice were far above other pharmacies I have been to.They also have put in extra efforts to make sure the Insurance covers the RX.I did have to wait once for about 40 minutes but they were swamped.I am truly pleased with this group and drive across town to use them. The CVS right by where I live is terrible. I think this one is great.

For late night runs, this is the perfect spot! Workers are always smily and friendly.

The pharmacist here is great. He is so helpful and actually took the time to answer my questions and help me out.

Ive used this pharmacy for 10 years. Ive never waited in line for more than 15 minutes. There have been 2 occasions where my prescription was not ready in the allotted time. Overall it has been a good experience for my 1 off prescriptions (as long term scripts are now handled by online pharmacies and shipped to my door at much cheaper prices.) Refills are easily performed online or by phone and are almost always ready by the time I requested. Sorry others have had such different experiences. I do agree that the consult for your meds is minimal. Ive literally learned 1 thing about one of my meds in the 10 years Ive used them. But its close to home and convenient. Good luck to others.
