It was a a Friday night after a long week of school. My two friends and I really wanted a scoop of that delicious-delicious ice cream. A scoop of ice scream that would have flipped my frown upside down. We zoomed down to Ponderosa road, of course, at a legal speed. Just to throw the good old Mazda M3, white 2016 mint condition, arriving at 9:56. Only to get turned down by some one who had locked the door and was mopping the floor. We should have been served. My friends dad was a golden scooper at 31 flavors, a he said and I quote,” as long at you are in there by 10, you got your self a fresh scoop of ice cream”. Now I am currently frustrated as I wait in the long line of Rolling Pin donuts. I will not be attending 31 Flavors anymore on a Friday night.

Sammy and Salvador killed it when we visited. Hadn’t been back in a while and asked them to walk us through their favorite flavors as of late, and why. They’re favorites didn’t miss and took great care of us.Big reason I’ll be coming back again, sooner than later !

I have been coming to this place for the last 7 years.Over time I have seen people coming and going.I also have seen how portions have become smaller and smaller. The last 3 time it was ridiculous.So finally I decided to tell the manager.Her response was its always the same.When the cup whith 2 spoons was clearly half way.So I said ...look I always leave a good tip. Why is this portion so small?She said thank you for coming.Sarcastically.She dint even said Im sorry.

We placed an order for delivery. We keep getting ice cream with nuts on them without wanting them. Last time it happened I had to drive to the store to replace it. Tonight it happened again. Why assume someone wants nuts when they may have a nut allergy. Very bad for a simple task. Theyll get your doer wrong too, even after second chances

Totally Awesome! I came here for a Birthday Cake and they took a generic cake off the shelf and totally personalized it, and gave me a few delicious samples while inwaited. Hands down, 5 Star Service!

Took my Grandaughter to get a free ice cream from the Baskin Robbins App and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude.. There was no greetings when we walked in.. They werent even busy.. it was around 12:30 on 10-19-19 ..My granddaughter who is 6 even commented on how rude she wasI WILL NOT GO BACK.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.. Its not that hard to greet your customers with a smile and say hello..

I like Baksin-Robbins in Camarillo. Nostalgia has value. Their hot fudge sundae is to die for.

Ice cream and workers are great, the girl we had, had a strip of blue hair which was pretty cool. She was really nice. Slightly annoyed that I had to pay a $1.50 just to have my flavors seperated. They were both for me, I get why if I was sharing but the person with me odered their own seperate stuff. (But mixing lemon and coffee ice cream is gross)
