Terrible customer service. I placed order on sept 24 paid for 3 day shipping. The order never showed up I contacted them several times always got answer service. Finally after multiple attempts on my end to find out why my order was not delivered they sent me email saying the address was wrong!!! After many more attempts to contact them I finally talked to a person had them verify the correct address with me and I get an email stating my order was finally complete the. I notice they still had the wrong address! I am beyond livid with this company I paid for 3 day shipping on the 24th and believe me it was not cheap! Very disappointed.Definitely would not recommend them

Absolutely awesome gift that I got for my boyfriend! I was able to get the gift shipped with only two days notice due to shipping arrangements they made possible ! LOW hassle but thoughtful gifting!!!The employee I spoke with was very nice and accommodating with my many questions ! I will definitely be using them to biy my friends gifts moving further!!!

I was really excited to give this gift to my ill brother for his B-Day... We were having a very small socially responsible gathering.. I ordered with plenty of time for delivery and was continually given an on scheduled delv promise on the order site. I was very excited and told everyone a special gift was coming for delv.... The company didnt ship as promised, needless to say.. embarrassing. I contacted Brobasket and they said, regret these things happen.. no problem... we will cover shipping?!??! I saw a past post whereby a customer had the same problem... his comments: he proceeded to tell me they ship out A LOT of gifts and its out of their control. I reiterate the point of its disappointing not to have the gift on time and even more disappointing to have dealt with their customer care. Take caution

I received a box as a gift and I designed it with a price total in mind. This was considering a 10% discount on the order and because the coupon that was used while ordering 5 baskets only applied to one basket I wasn’t able to get what I had designed. The other issue I had was the basket I received was not the one that was ordered(different wood color). I called customer service and after explaining was told that they couldn’t help me but would pass on my message. I went on line and left a message there and still a day later neither of my requests were addressed with a phone call or email. I called back and finally spoke to somebody and their resolution was a 10% discount on the basket = to $2.50 cents on a $140 basket. It was a waste of my time since they really didn’t resolve the issue. The basket that did arrive was nice enough but for the price I won’t use them again.

Ordered a customized basket for my husbands birthday, and paid extra to have it delivered on a day I knew we would be home. They sent it out the Monday before, giving it plenty of time to traverse the country and arrive on time.But when the local post office messed up, saying they Couldnt find your address while delivering other packages, and causing the basket to be delayed almost a week.Having no luck with the post office I sent an email to BroBasket, letting them know of the situation, and without me even asking they refunded me the extra shipping I paid! Their customer service team was very kind and understanding to the situation and went above and beyond in making sure my experience was as good as it could be on their end.In the end we did finally receive it, everything packaged with care and arriving in pristine condition. My husband loved it and we look forward to using BroBasket services in the future thanks to their care, effort, and professionalism.

Really wish I could have ordered my brothers birthday gift. I went through the whole ordering process, paid, and was informed a couple of days later they temporarily cannot ship alcohol to his state. A little frustrating that they specialize in alcohol shipment but for some reason temporarily cannot ship to a certain state. They also automatically signed me up for emails, even though I never gave consent to it.

My friend was so pleased with his gift. Worth every penny to me.

Hands down the best client gifts we have ever given. We ordered 3 of the BBQ/Whiskey baskets and they were a huge hit with our clients. I didnt order them until 2 days before Christmas, but these guys handled the order with total professionalism and we couldnt be happier. We will definitely be using these guys again. Thanks again.

Chose this company as it allowed you to select your delivery date. I received email notification the package shipped early, I called in and was told they would have the shipping carrier hold it and email me confirmation. Confirmation was never received, crate shipped 4 days early. Tried to call customer service, no return call yet. Emailed customer service over a week ago with regards to a coupon code, no response yet. And finally delivery instructions including warehouse name were not passed on to the carrier so I am spending today trying to track down which warehouse my $160 gift basket of beer was sent to as it was delivered to the wrong warehouse.

The package I ordered for my significant other to surprise him for Valentine’s Day arrived a day early, even though I made my purchase three weeks ahead of time and specifically ordered it for Valentine’s Day delivery. When I called the company to explain how unhappy I was about the service, they basically explain to me why it was early and tried excusing it by saying “thank goodness it wasn’t late”. When asking why wasn’t I informed that there would be possibly a delay, or early delivery when they were informed a week ahead of time, I did not receive a valid response, just a repeat of explanation as to why it was early. I didn’t expect compensation for reaching out to them, but a simple apology would’ve been sufficient. If you want something delivered on time I would recommend calling 1-800 flowers or edible arrangements.

I would definitely buy from this company again. I had to do some last minute shopping for Fathers Day (Sunday). Im in Cali and my husband is in Texas. I was checking out online and the earliest delievery date was Monday :/ no bueno! I called the company and asked if they could help me out at all to deliver it any earlier.. The guy (I sadly cant remember his name) was so nice about it and was able to get the basket there on Saturday!!! So awesome! He was so nice about it too! My husband absolutely loved the basket :) so happy with this company and their service.

My wife ordered this gift in plenty of time for my Birthday. The gift came a day later then promised. She kept calling and only promises and no action. Finally it came but I had to travel out for work 2 Days later. The note that she requested be placed, well they messed it up and was to someone totally different “get well” note. Now I’m dissaponeted because my wife is disappointed. Not worth $100 they charge, total ripoff and horrible service.

I ordered on a Monday and made a special request to include a picture of our boyfriend LL Cool J! I was then contacted by brobaskets.... young LL or more mature NCIS LL. Of course the young one cause now he is older like my friend and me. It was delivered on Thursday. She was surprised and had never seen such a unique delivery. I sent her the VIVA TEQUILA basket!! Got a notification a day and a half later that they couldnt ship to certain states! Why isnt that listed clearly on the website or make those states not an option in the shipping section?? Bad website design and bad communication and now I am even more delayed in sending a gift......
