Always very friendly/prompt service and the products I have customized/personalized there have turned out beautifully and exactly how I asked! And the staff always check with me to make sure that their work is accurate before they submit it. :)

I purchased an expensive gift which I brought to Mark-It Place to have it engraved. I discussed what I had in mind with an associate and was pleased with the final design choice. When I went to pick up my item, I was extremely upset to find the finished design was off center. How does that happen? This is your specialty. Such carelessness. I gave two stars because I was offered a discount, but honestly, it completely took the joy out of presenting what I had hoped would be a special keepsake to my friend to commemorate a very somber occasion.
