I had one of the best customer service experiences ever! I went in to buy a pair of sunglasses and was immediately asked if I needed some help. The staff there was super friendly and helpful and waited as long as I needed. He provided some pairs for me to try on, complimented what he thought looked nice on me. The pairs I liked he said I could go outside and try them on. He didn’t seem to only want the sale and more cared about what I, the customer wanted. I went to leave and got to place my sunglasses on hold. A couple hours later I went to buy them and had a great experience!

Nancy was very polite and helpful, I enter the store many times without buying anything and she was always offering options. Had to go back to replace my sun glasses and she and the other lady were very nice. Thank you!!!

I was at the store, during covid times, and the salesperson (im so sorry that I forgot her name) was extremely helpful. Without being too much. She let me do my thing, but had some great suggestions as well. Because of her, I ended up with two pairs- prada and coach- and I love them both!

This review is out another sunglass hut in the Camarillo outlet. But it is not on the map. It is in the part where Zumiez is located.Great guy who helped me very well. went out of his way to get me a good deal and even made some calls to get my kid some advise on prescription sunglasses. Way to go!
