Severely lacking in Customer Service. Ive been trying to get a warranty replacement 4 iron for over 4 months. Finally got a new club and it was the wrong length. Sent both the damaged one and the new wrong length club back and they lost them. I provided the tracking number and they wont respond. I called and they dont call back. Couldnt be more unhappy with this company. Never imagined it would take half a year to get a club replaced. I may as well be playing the POS that cracked down the middle. Thanks Taylormade!Follow up: I finally connected with someone that was helpful. Not sure if that was because of my complaints or because I had been going through the wrong channels. I did get my 4 Iron replaced within a week after that and they also sent a discount code for their website and a free wedge. Definitely made up for going all winter without my 4 iron but still, what in the world? Hopefully it had something to do with COVID and people not being able to go into the office in California. I would have been steaming if it had been golf season. Even so, I probably played 6 rounds without it.

Pathetic response from Taylormades authorized dealer. Sold a defective driver to my friend, broke after one game and dealer refused to provide any reasonable response. Definitely wont recommend to purchase from this company.
Worst customer service ever. I have at least had the satisfaction of converting 1000s to other golf club companies than taylormade and will continue to sabotage their name since they are dishonest.
I am very dissatisfied with the services of the Adidas Rep I have been dealing with. I placed an order over 2 months ago (9/26) for simply two shirts. I was told their production was shut down but should ship out within a week or two. Long story short, here we are two months later, unable to ship my two shirts. I eventually said to forget the logo, that I just need the shirts. This was still too much to ask apparently. I dont see why he could not bring my two shirts to the post office and get them to me immediately. The lack of empathy is the most infuriating part of this whole thing. He acted as if it was my fault being impatient. It has been TWO months. I deserve to be impatient and irritated by this time. I have never dealt with my customers the way I was handled with this Adidas rep. I will let my contacts know at the Woodlands Country Club to not deal with this man/company any longer. I would like someone to reach out to me as this is absolutely ridiculous and not how professional situations should he handled if they care to keep any relative business with my company or the companies I have immediate contact with.Please contact me ASAP.

Irresponsible Hong Kong dealer, brand new driver bought from them and broken down in one day with no exchange or warranty. Worse part is they claim “by their professional experience, this is not a defected product” and refuse to take my driver back for an investigation.No feedback from Taylormade online customer service... completely hopeless

Ive been treated very well by Taylormade golf, bought a used M3 and after 2 drives it developed a 1 inch crank on the bottom and TM didnt give me a new M3, they replaced it with a brand new M5!
I just added a few of the last days of the Carlsbad shipping before the last day and a few of us on the last day on Oct. 5, 2018. I was there for a complete year From Sep 2017- Oct 2018, and one of my best work experiences ever.
