Every time I come here I always get good customer service. The staff has always been helpful and patient. Good discounts on items. Just be sure when you buy meat, cook right away. Good wine section and seasonal decor.

The quality of the items were good, however, the prices were a bit higher than I expected.

Staff is really friendly and genuine. You never know what youre gonna find here. The selection of cheeses is super impressive. Vegans, they got a variety of vegan cheeses. Never heard or or brands that might not make it into the mainstream stores, find it here and for a lowest price ever. Even liquor beer and wine is a bargain. Saved 3.00 on the same 6 pack of mikes hard lemonade that was being charged 10 at Vons. You need to do shopping, come here first and save on staple items and great produce. I didnt mention how clean this store is, its very well kept in every dept. Well done! I hope more people learn and go here so they can stay open for the long term.

This place has decent items to purchase, the store is well kept and clean. The employees are kind and helpful as well. Happy to find good deals here and was surprised on their selection of alcoholic beverages. I recommend this place and will return.

The selection just isnt there. I went for dog food, and they only had one bag - period.I really dont like the our price is X, and other stores (might have once marked it as high as) $$ pricing gimmick. Im not fooled by this.

The management is very nice here they had a little pricing hiccup and made it right. I also love that they have a great vegan/vegetarian variety!

Oh my goodness, I have sooo much to say about this God send of a grocery store. First and foremost, you can find ALL KINDS OF STUFF HERE!!! Organics, fresh (never expired or rotten) produce, bulk cereals, chips, cookies, breads, cheese, meats, fresh fruit, candy, baking goods, cooking oils, canned items, shampoo, body wash, etc etc ETC!!! And the place is small enough to shop in without getting exhausted from pushing a heavy full cart through (most grocery stores are large, so having to push a heavy cart down the aisles just to get your items is a hassle and hard on the back) the staff are very friendly, and the OH MY GOODNESS THE PRICES!!!! They are sooo affordable! I saved $200 here once, 2 CART FULLS OF ITEMS! You must spread the word around of this amazing God send of a grocery store, it’s soo much more affordable than every other grocery store around, it’s small enough to not feel tired from pushing around a cart full of items, the staff are very kind and friendly, the lines are small, and their items, as amazing as the prices really are, aren’t expired or close to expiration, it’s all fresh. You can buy your favorite brands here at HALF THE PRICE you usually buy them at any other grocery store. Please please spread the word of this store to friends, family, and neighbors. I like the great deals that they have. I come in here occasionaly when I need generic stuff for my pantry and supply closet. I was able to get really great deals on garlic powder, eggs, surface cleaner and canned stuff. It helps if you are familiar with prices in yhe regular supermarket chains. You get really big savings !

Basically my favorite singular place to shop, and I dont pick favorites easily. Employees seem to be doing well, they are friendly and pleasant, and the prices are jaw-dropping at times. Overall feels like one of the most human stores I have ever set foot in.

Great deals, just inconsistent as would be expected.Many items are available consistently, but prices may vary widely from week to week. I wouldnt rely on it as your one shop, but its the first place I go because they typically have most things cheaper than Vons, etc. Anything they dont have, I can get at the regular store.I want more people to know about it so it stays in business, but at the same time Id like to keep it less busy. I think staying in business is more important so check them out.

It is good to have store in Camarillo to give us more choices. This location is rather small and the choice of items is small. I hope they double in size like some of their stores in Valley to really give us another option for groceries.

Bright, clean, bargain grocery store. They have a healthy snack aisle. The service tonight was extra friendly. They are open 7am-10pm every day. When I drive by at night I thought they were closed but they added new open signs so I stopped in tonight for the first time.

Smaller than the other grocery outlets, but it is very well organized and has just about everything you can imagine. Definitely a first stop grocery store, get what you can here for a really good price, then pick up the odds and ends at a bigger grocery store. Theres a great variety of healthy, and convenient foods. Look forward to dropping in again

I’m hesitant to write this because this is an independently owned store that is a nice addition to Camarillo. I visited there a few days ago and was not happy with their precautions regarding COVID19. I greatly appreciate all the other grocery stores sanitizing the carts and the employees all wearing masks. However, the Grocery Outlet was not doing this. They did have wipes for me to sanitize my own cart. But upon entering I had to wait outside for a few minutes while an employee NOT wearing a mask was standing in the entrance loudly conversing with a customer. Later during shopping this same employee NOT wearing a mask was in the aisle loudly talking with another employee. I say “loudly” because of the evidence of a person spreading the virus more through loud talking, laughing etc. I did not feel comfortable or confident shopping in a store where this was allowed. I realize that this is just my opinion but my shopping will be done elsewhere where the stores concern for the customer is clearly shown.Grocery Outlet, Thank you for your reply below but my experience was NOT as you claim. The time I visited the store was Sunday, May 24 between 4:00 and 4:30 and the employee mentioned was NOT wearing a mask and there was NO employee sanitizing carts.

I purchased a package of cheese (on 29 April, expiration 9 May) that was all moldy when I opened it. They would not refund my money. Instead, they insisted on replacing the cheese. I dont want another package of moldy cheese, I want my money back.

It was tough losing Fresh & Easy but this seems like a good pickup. Sometimes they have crazy deals that you wont find even at the 99 cent store. I bought 24 cans of organic Progresso chicken & wild rice soup at $0.47 each

My first time in this grocery store and I was shocked to find organic fruits, vegetables and, eggs. The prices are more than 60% of what you pay at vons and ralphs. I couldnt believe a 40oz of garlic powder was under $4.00, Ill be picking up items from grocery outlet going forward.
