I took my acoustic in for a setup and to address a buzzing issue a few months ago. Chad completed the work in a timely fashion, but assured me that if the buzzing came back to bring it right on in. Despite the amount of time that had passed, when the elusive buzz returned he had no issue having me come back to try and troubleshoot the issue. He took an hour and a half of his day, away from his work orders to go back over the issue free of charge. He completed the work right there in the shop while I watched on. The whole time he was personable and generous with his knowledge while explaining his troubleshooting process. He was able to track down the root cause and fix it on the spot. Not a lot of businesses now-a-days are concerned with that kind of customer service. Chad is a knowledgeable and experienced luthier as well as an up-front and honest businessman. Stop on by, youll see what I mean.
