This place is the best! Im from out of town. MyAudi Q5 key FOB battery died. I was stuck! They had the correct battery replacement but I didnt have tools with me. The customer service guy pulled out a screwdriver, disassembled my FOB and replaced the battery for me. This happened Sunday the 9th at about 10:45am. I wish I new the name of the dude that helped me. Crisis averted and we drove away.

I only spent time in the gardening area and was very pleased with their bagged soil choices. The soil conditioner really sounds promising for anyone interested in in ground gardening in this hard packed clayish dirt. Fun section on gift items, too.

They have nearly everything you might need and then some. Friendly helpful staff. Support your smaller local shops and shop here instead of Home Depot.

What an awesome hardware store They have the best garden department with a nursery to plant in your garden. They also have a paint department with experienced help to get you exactly what you need to renovate any home project. They sell Valspar - best paint you can get! If youre standing in HD wondering why you cant find a decent plunger, B&B still carries the tried-n-true yellow handle with black acorn shaped rubber cup. The other guys now have some cheap plastic thing that isnt nearly as good and definitely wont last... thank you China.Whenever I need some sort of hardware to fix something thats not a standard nut, bolt, or nail... this is THEE place to go. They have a great selection of things that you just dont find at HD or Lowes. Some prices are a little higher but its worth it to get the exact part and knowledgeable assistance. Ive gone in and said I dont know what the part Im looking for is called but this is what Im trying to do... and like magic Im guided to an isle, tray or drawer that contains what Im looking for. Amazing. Thats worth every penny.

I didnt give B&B 5 stars only because their prices are much higher than HD or Lowes. However, B&B is much smaller & has items you cannot find anywhere else. Their pottery & gift/decor items are very nice. The garden dept is very small....

Although smaller than big box hardware stores, they actually had in stock something the big stores didnt have. So how cool was that? Also, being that its a smaller store, it was super easy short walk from car to product to checkout. Yeah!

Love this place and the people that work here. Feels like walking into my dads garage with tons of things to look at and someone nice to help me figure out how to do things on my own. The gardening area is super nice with so many options to go through I could spend an hour there alone. Best thing is the gumball machine! My son is obsessed and tells to the whole store that hes getting a gumball. Hes 5.

Staff is always courteous and very helpful. They help me with some parts and problems I had with my sprinklers. They are quite knowledgeable a small store but they seem to stalk what you need and know where it is not like theyre larger competitor.

Best service and hardware section in town. Dont know where to find an item or need help with a project...ask someone. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended spot for bolts and specialty hardware.

I much prefer going to this hardware store because they are much more customer friendly than the big box stores. Someone is always there to help you if needed. Altogether a much more pleasant experience.

Just went there today and the guy who helped me with my Gas dryer fittings was awesome. Very knowledgable and set me up with just what I needed which was a simplified version. Didnt get his name darn it. Camarillo store thou.

Very helpful employees, store really feels like a local little hub for all things home repair and decor. They dont have many things that home depot might have but then again home depot employees dont really care about you like B&B people do! ;)

Its not Home Depot. This is a nice manageable sized store with great staff. I try to do all my shopping for this kind of stuff here.

Great neighborhood hardware store. They have a little of everything. Great garden section. Plants I buy there usually flourish, unlike plants I buy at large chain hardware stores. Ive gotten many keys made there over the years. Most of them work, and they take returns on the ones that dont.

Great small Family Hardware Store. The prices are competitive, they have everything for Yard & Garden, home also, they have wonderful Seasonal section, Summertime everything from the 4th July Backyard BBQ Chefs to anything a Santa Helper needs & all in between. The people are kind attentive helpful but not obnoxious about it. Small compared to those Giant Warehouse Stores, that is hard to find what you need, if you need help it is never there. When you at last find someone to help, but they have no clue what you are asking, less of a clue as to how to help. I prefer the smaller friendlier stores, where if you have a question they have a knowledgeable answer. My tomato is very happy in its new home with its lovely new climbing cage!!! Oh! They have tons of indignious native plants seasonal too like this time I bought a beautiful Milkweed for the Butterflys!!!! Happy Gardening & Home Improvement. Ps they have everything, if not more that the ugly giant store. Plumbing, electrical, painting, everything you might need for Home & Garden!

You couldnt ask for better customer service.

Friendly, knowledgeable and personable staff. I always feel like I am a valued customer as well as a neighbor. Home depot is cheaper and has way more items but for a DIY homeowner, b & b has 95% of what I need, when I need it and the staff gets it in my hands and my butt back to my projects in a fraction of the time.

Some things are slightly expensive but good little hardware store. Friendly staff.

Theres a good reason B&B is still in business. They carry a lot of things that the other guys dont. They are very helpful and friendly. I dont go there often, but every time I do they remind me why I should always check there first. They are in a great place, easy to get to and I think if you havent been there, you might be surprised.

My small garden finds supplies at B&B. Got gravel for the front flower garden. Supplies for house as in hardware are good.HoweverThe plants are fixed with miracle grow..plants on steroids..not good for plants nor environment.Staff helps if asked.Many artsy decorations for the garden and house. I purchased a good door mat.

Ive been going to B & B since it first opened to purchase a variety of needed items. I believe in using local merchants & other small businesses owned by hard working people. You cant beat the friendly & knowledgeable group of people who work there. They know their stuff!!! If they dont have what you need, theyll get for promptly. Big box stores may have a huge inventory but good luck finding someone who knows the answer & can help you personally like they good people at B & B Camarillo. They also offer an array of unique gifts for anyone wanting that special something you cant find elsewhere until the Christmas holidays. Give it a try, youll be pleasantly amazed.

Small town feel hardware store. Good selection considering size and there is a lot more help than other similar stores. Prices arent always the most competitive, however, which probably goes along with the other attributes.

Easy quick service smaller shop

We had just recently moved to camarillo and needed some keys made. This place is just around the corner so we decided to stop by. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Got our keys and lets say a few more things for the yard. Nice and friendly people working there. Ill go back for all my gardening needs.
