I try and buy local to support our local businesses. I will never ever, ever set foot inside Harbor Freight Tools again! I returned a very heavy item yesterday. I set it on top of a table across from the cash register were I had paid a day prior! I didn’t realize the register behind me was open. A well built guy help me carry the heavy box closer to that register behind me.There was no one in line at the other register when I entered the store.A girl looked at me when I entered the store. I thought she was a customer. She waited for the guy to sit the box down near the other register. By the time I figured out what was going on there was a person in front of me! The guy with the awesome biceps 💪🏻new she had ignored me. She opened her register and helped the women in front of me!I am sorry I bought my generator, my power tools, gloves, my huge red tool box, my tool cart & etc. from Harbor Freight Tools! Maybe she didn’t like my flip flops or ☝🏽my skin color😳 That was beyond rude!

Great Harbor Freight store, and immediately adjacent to the main warehouse. Relatively helpful staff, good selection, decent products and amazing prices on tools. If you need a tool for occasional use, this is definitely the place to go. In general their tools are competitive quality. No name brands. Reasonable return policy. Lifetime warranty for a lot of the hand tools

Purchased farm jack a few months ago. Recently it failed to operate correctly. Harbor Freight provided assistance and refund.I will continue shopping here.

My son and I are taking a shop class together so I had to buy doubles of everything for welding. Good place to save money when youre not too concerned with brand name but still want quality stuff. Staff was helpful and even clued me in on warranties and coupons.

As usual... found things I didnt need but wanted and their stuff being cheap enough it is always a good trip. Plus the staff are extremely helpful.

HFT compeats with Home Depot. Lowes for good to great quality power & hand tools. Prices are hard to beat especially if you do an online search of HFT coupons database which brings you hundreds of coupon specials which saves you about 20-25%

For basic and ad hoc tools, HF is a great affordable source. If youre a professional, youll want something more durable. But there again is the occasion the you need a single use, low stress tool. This location is new and very well stocked.

An odd mix of very cheap Chinese imports with some high quality mixed in. I like this place but some of their cheap tools are only good for occasional use. Fine for me as Im not a tradesman.

I really dig Harbor Freight. Im no contractor, but rather a hobbyist when it comes to a lot of the tools I get from there. In my particular case I can get a great tool that has lasted me quite a while without spending a fortune. Im able to get a lot of home projects done without too much worry this way.

If youre looking 4 tools, you need to stop here. Way cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot. Lots of garden, mechancic and painting tools. Is like Disney for adult men. Lol

They do have a lot of stuff to can use a few times without paying too much.

Harbor freight is a good store, but a guy named Joshua seems to not understand the English language. I asked for cash back on a return transaction for an item purchased, but instead I get profiled. We American people are honest, but I believe better training may change the way this guy treats customers.

Several employees asked if I needed help finding things, and they all knew where everything is.At checkout, the cashier comped me on an annual Inside Track membership! Ive been going there for years and I paid for it when I first bought a house. Now I have it for free!The prices are unbeatable. You just have to read reviews of the products to know what quality level to buy. They have a great selection too.

The cheapest tools you will find pretty much work as a disposable tool but you get what you pay for. They also have some pretty neat random stuff sometimes so still a good place to check out.

Okay okay okay I know a lot of professional contractors and Craftsmen complain about the quality of the tools yet the bottom line is they are inexpensive and some are actually able to last through an entire job.Plus you can find odd things there for a very low price.The return policy at harbor freight is simply this they will take anything back,refund your money as well.

Female cashier at the counter had a bit of an off attitude as if she didnt want to be at work that day. It sort of made me feel like I was a bother when asking questions about my transaction and warranty.

Employees are courteous and helpful, and the store is clean and well-stocked. Restrooms are clean and comfortable as well. Thank you!

Harbor is a great place to find tools, tool accessories, and a lot of other needs at a discounted price. A lot of people rag on their quality and while its true, some items arent made well, I have had a lot of success with most items here.Most products are made it China these days anyway so unless you are using the tool professionally (which Im not) it works great.Harbor Freight also sells items like tarps, zip ties, rubber gloves, ropes, strapping, wd40, tape, etc... Why pay more for this items?

I think this is the biggest and best stocked HFT in the area. Ample parking, too!

Reasonable prices friendly staff clean organize store

The Camarillo Harbor Freight is the headquarters of the harbor freight organization. What are the things that I really like about Harbor Freight is that even though you get coupons for discounts you dont have to bring the coupon in for the coupon to the apply to your purchase. You dont even have to ask. The staff will automatically take the discount. Another thing that is really nice is if you buy something and it goes on sale about 3 or 4 days even up to a week after you buy it they will refund you the difference. Harbor Freight items are not at the same caliber as buying the same item in a hardware store it is not like buying skill or Makita or craftsman etc. On the other hand it is a lot cheaper. So that if you use these tools for a living, its probably not place to go. On the other hand if you just need to use the tool once in awhile, its perfect or, if you need an extra set to use now and then, perhaps on your boat in your RV or other location it works perfectly.

Great place to pick up inexpensive tools look around get that Oddball item such as a ceramic knife or a solar-powered charger.
