This company is fantastic. They source some of the healthiest, hard-to- find supplements in the world. Love their products. They may have had some customer service issues in the past, but in my experience (Ive been buying from them for over 10 years), they have improved a lot. One of the best places for unique health items. The founder is very particular where he sources his products.

Love this site! Always get product on time, and in the couple occasions Ive needed to return, they issue credit quickly, no questions asked. I also appreciate the samples they always send in my orders. Ive been ordering regularly for at least five years

I love this store! Matt is the only vegetarian raw food seller I completely and totally trust. I am eagerly awaiting the reopening of his online shop so that I can again purchase his brand of nutritional yeast, his brand of coconut oil, camu camu, etc.

I came across this company searching for healthy foods, I gave it a try and ordered a few items from them, but I was so disappointed with their products, Im actually very angry that this kind of a dishonest business still exist.Their dried persimmons are so dry, literally powdery dry. Their Turkish figs are hard as rocks and sour, they stung my tongue. Their Brazil nuts are tasteless. What a waste of money!Their product descriptions are so untrue, these people are liars!I emailed them complaining, never heard a word from them. I will never buy from them again. If I could I would give them a -5 stars.

I used to really like this place. Then every time I ordered something was always on backorder and instead of sending it when it was back in stock they would give you a credit. They dont return phone calls so I have no idea how Im going to get my credit balance refunded. I wont order from them ever again.

The owner puts out a persona of being a spiritual health guru but do not fall for his quackery. He is first and foremost all about the almighty dollar. Youve been warned.

Horrendous customer serviceThe arrogant and incompetent staff overshadows any potential benefit RFW products offer.This has always been a problem that Matt is unwilling or unable to solve therefore the fish stinks from the head. Im now joining the rest of the local raw foodies that have given up hope of RFW ever resolving its internal chaos and seeing its true potential.

I have always had good service untill a month ago. i did not recieve my product. i finally got it after a few months. I just found out that they had some problems with some worker and got rid of them.Matt is working there for six months to make sure everything runs smoothly. I will order from them again. I like his videos.
