I used to love Fossil watches. I would get a new one every 1-2 years. Unfortunately, now they look just like every other watch shop, including the cheap fake dial watches. Very disappointed.

Fossil is one of my go to brands. From smartwatch, purses, wallets and sunglasses. The store is newly renovated. Clean & spacious. Each of my visits the staff are attentive, friendly & professional.Today I would like to acknowledge a phenomenal staff member 🌟Ms. Natalie. Natalie has demonstrate superb customer service. Heres why. She greeted us with a smile ask if we found everything okay & if we needed help. She graciously helped us with our purchases. I asked her about the sunglasses I didnt see the pair I was looking for. I mentioned to her I bought a pair before the store closed for renovations. Those sunglasses became my favorite yet they broke. She asked if I had a picture so she could check in the back. I told her I can get them in my car. She mentioned because it hasnt been a year it had warranty. I asked her if she couldnt find the exact pair if she could find something similar. She came back with the exact same pair & brought me others that were similar. Amazing!!!! I did my exchange, I purchase the similar pair, because who doesnt need a back up pair of sunglasses. In addition I purchase two hard cases and a passport holder. Not to mention my sister in laws purse & wallet set!! She went far & beyond this is 💯Classic Wholesome Customer Service. Fossil you have an asset employee. Many people file complaints those come easy, but not today. I only would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Natalie you made my 4 hour commute to Camarillo outlet worth it!! Simple AMAZING!!! THANK YOU!!🤗

The associates are so personable and welcoming. My wife and I always go there for our anniversary watch. This Year 23 and we had our watches engraved. Associates who were there from last year remembered us as well. It feels like the TV show cheers when you walk in and every says... Hey Norm! LOVE THE STORE AND PEOPLE!!!

The folks at this store are so patient and so incredibly helpful! Its unusual to see such good customer service. I had a Smartwatch that wasnt working and looking into a new generation. The salesperson could have taken advantage of this but instead offered there WOW program to exchange the watch for credit towards a new watch or use the warranty to fix it. I didnt have the watch on me at the time, but said Id come back the next day. This salesperson left an email for the next days staff explaining everything. When we walked in the following day, every salesperson in the store had been briefed and were waiting for us. They provided excellent service and just so friendly. Will definitely be a return customer!

This place has some of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. From luxury watch straps to wallets, they are a premium brand. They are high quality and stylish. The staff here are helpful and know their stuff.

I am revising my review. I dont know what brought about the change, but this store is like the gold standard for customer service! At least 3 different people that work there assisted me, made sure I got exactly what I needed, helped with picking out the best watch for my husband, and was just as helpful as they could be. No one was high pressure; everyone made me feel like an old friend and they were happy I was there! That sounds crazy, probably, but such a difference from the Coach store - totally different - much more pleasant vibe. I usually do most shopping online, and only venture out to stores very rarely. I went just to get the battery changed in my hybrid watch, and whatever they did worked, because I left with a watch for my husband and a new bag - AND a watch for me on coming from another store! AND Im really happy with all of the purchases - I dont have that buyers remorse, because I got to take my time. I was ready to make a switch to Dooney & Bourke - but the staff at this store brought me back to Fossil! Thank you!!!
