I love this store... omg I love everyone in there ... every employee is so awesome... Marcus, Zack are the best even security guards are awesome, nicest yet feeling everyone feel safe. I mean Whether youre in the market for a classic Gucci canvas bag, a Gucci bamboo or even an awesome piece from Gucci Soho Disco, or a Gucci Dionysus piece by the amazing Alessandro Michele... or if you just like to be treated like a queen or a king, or as if you were the most important customer in the world. Gucci in Camarillo outlets is the place to go... I am crying as I write this...Im saddened that this store will for ever close their doors on January 2, 2021. This was the place were you could find the best pieces of rare, runway pieces at insane low prices or a one of a kind 20k piece at a fractured of the price and all under a single roof. Please keep this store open... pleaseeee... where will u get a runway piece at this ultra low prices?

I would like to take the time to thank Anissa for her great professional customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me, because I left my wallet at home. I came back the next day and the manager Marcus, was exceptionally helpful. I met the manager last year and he assisted me with finding a wallet for work. Thank you guys for all of your help and great customer service.**As far the negative reviews, customers should consult with the manager before writing negative reviews. These sales people dont get the credit they deserve. They are working through this pandemic and they have their families to go home to. So lets all try to put ourselves in their shoes 👞 🤔.

Door man was just looking at his phone, not even opening the doors and “sat” on the shelves. I don’t have a problem opening the doors myself but why hire a doorman who doesn’t open doors? Sets off bad customer service before you even step in. The customer service reps were very nice btw

Very rude and not professional lady who Had very High opinion about herself making very rude comments to customers who took our temperature before she let us in Help the next door ferragamo get that $3000 from me which I intended to spend In the Gucci store. And Im very happy actually.

I would normally call the store to make sure they have what i need but it has been 3 days and no one is answering their phone and the voicemail is full. This is not a busy store the associates are just lazy

I was excited to visit the Gucci store at Camarillo Outlets, until I walked in and there was not much inventory only BAD ATTITUDE salespeople.

Omg I’m so excited to see this Gucci pop-up! The store manager, Marcus, is fantastic! The whole team is incredibly friendly, genuine, and hospitable. But of course they do, it comes from the top and Marcus is a true leader. Thank you Marcus and team for such an incredible luxury shopping experience and helping me purchase my mom her first Gucci bag ever. This was not just a shopping experience, you helped create a wonderful memory. I’ll be back again for sure!

This GUCCI pop-up outlet is a good deal and a great experience for those who want GUCCI. Marcus, the manager, is the most compassionate and dedicated retail manager I have ever met. Marcus is very knowledgeable and passionate about GUCCI and customer service. Most outlet stores do not answer the phone, especially right before closing. Marcus did. Then, he gave me his cell phone number so that I could see pictures of the GUCCI products as I live 90 minutes away. Who does that? When I visited the store the next day, in person, he was GUCCI DOWN TO THE SOCKS! More important, he is as welcoming, polite and helpful as he is over the phone. My brother, Marcus, does GUCCI right!!

I don’t like the asian lady that works there 🙁I suppose to purchase the bag that I really like but then i walked out coz she has an attitude ( looking at me like I can’t afford it and every time i checked some other bags she’ll tell me the price right away without me asking her)

The other day was the first time I went to the gucci store and I felt very uncomfortable from the entrance, the workers stare at you as if this person cannot pay for what we sell and throughout the time we were inside the establishment they were looking after us every moment I think that we were going to steal something, the truth was the worst experience Ive had in a store

I have been calling for weeks now because I live far away and been wanting these slides that only outlets carry now. I went to them 2 weeks ago to check on them and when I said I call like 300000 times a day, instead of apologizing or anything they responded by saying “yea we’ve been busy”. When in reality all they do is stand there. Worst customer service especially for Gucci
