Decent prices on Merrell hiking boots, staff is koledgable and friendly willing to help. Ive been going here for at least three years every few months for shoes for work, and I will keep going back for more.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful! However, the entire store has only three options for womens hiking boots. (Mostly sneakers nd sandals.) Not unusual, but good to know before you drive all the way here.

Using merrell for years now and except for one case was always happy.Found a GREAT water proof backpack which was great for a trip I was taking to Europe.One star off since price dont seem to be cheaper as one would expect from an outlet.I found similar Merrell and at time lower price in other shop closer to home so I would suggest if you need shoe and am in the area do try them, otherwise check first if you have closer shop

Placed an online order. Hasnt shipped but Merrell does not allow cancellation of orders. So now I am expected to receive an item I do not want and ship it back. Terrible customer service
