This is ridiculous!!! Only one person at the register and he was super slow. It supposed to be faster for a pick up order but it’s just as bad. Be prepared to wait a long time.

My experience here was very pleasant, an employee offered help and then let me have my space to shop. I appreciate that. Its no fun when you cant get away from a salesperson.So this was a great shopping experience, I will definitely be going back.

I probably went on a bad day, but this is a store you have to be independent person who don’t need assistance. Employees will refer you to “shop online.” And there are hardly any shoes available. They call themselves an outlet that has 4 of the same sizes of the shoes you want. I have worked in shoe retail for 3 years, this is the worst customer service ever! Again, I probably went on a bad day, someone probably had their heart broken and took their “Just look online,” attitude on me. Figures, this is a minimum job with a minimum wage attitude.
