I liked their items that they had but no one came and offered me help with anything or greeted me when I came in. When it comes to making a purchase like that Im all about the customer service and since I didnt get any I didnt buy anything.

I bought some shoes online and had to make a return. Unfortunately they cant be returned at the outlet store but the sales associate was very nice in explaining. She had a great attitude. The store was clean and well organized. I looked around as this was also my first time here and they had some very nice items at affordable prices. As I looked around I was approached by another sales associate and he was also very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the prices, current sales and merchandise. I did not buy anything during my visit but I will be back. Great customer service makes a huge difference.

Yvette was amazing. I bought a wallet for $45. The staff was friendly. There was a short line to get in and mask was required. It was awesome.

Im very disappointed !!! I thought Michael Kols was much more flexible than that !!! The story is short - a year and a half ago They got a smart watch from her husband / it wasnt cheap / I barely used it because I was scared !!! We tried to coordinate with my new phone 2 days ago and the back cover fell off !!!! Ive been on it about 10 times !!! We called them not to give back the price, but not even half, or they dont really know what to do with it !!! Should I throw it in the trash now ??? 🤨🤨🤨 Oh and I got something else for my 50th birthday !!!! I will never buy anything from them again !!! 👎👎👎🤨🤨🤨

I went here over the weekend, I believe it was Saturday I went for the first time.. so many stores and amazing great deals!!! I had an amazing time and experience though when I came in here, Heaven helped me and my mom a lot with price checks and opinions, she always had a smile on her face and bright attitude! A huge store with tons of selection. They are part of an outlet mall but the prices are comparable to typical Michael Kors stores. They do have sales sometimes though and can be up to 80% off select purses. Worth it if you find a good sale !

Beautifull store, the bags are amazing, my wife and I love to shop in this place.

I do not ever write reviews but after seeing this from not 1 but 2 of the associates i am just beyond appauled at peoples common decency. The sales associates at this store are by far the worst! If you do not dress to their standards, or look the part they will be very rude. When my gf and i walked into the store intending to buy a smart watch, we were over there for at least five minutes before the associate came over. The associate immediately needed to point out how expensive they all were. After that she paused expecting us to leave and walk away, when my gf said to continue she then pointed out the cheapest ones and had us try on the least expensive ones as if we couldnt afford the other ones. Needless to say my gf bought 2 of them just to spite her. Once at the register, the other associate ran my gfs card first just to make sure the charge went through and then charged it as if she couldnt afford it. I will never go back here to this RACIST, PREJUDICE, IGNORANT store again.

I went there yesterday to exchange a purse that I got for Christmas, I waited like 10 minutes until finally somebody helped me, the girl who was helping me gave me a terrible attitude and could not even find the original receipt I do not remember her name but she had long fake eyelashes, I asked her to talk to a manager and waited again like 10 minutes and the manager gave me a bad attitude as well, I decided to keep my purse afterall is beautiful😘, I just wanted a different color since a have a couple of the same color but different style plus I could use it for traveling, overall they have terrible horrible customer service👎👎👎👎👎👎
