Great customer service. They really make going to pay your bill or getting a new phone fun I always leave with a smile on my face I really recommend this location.

I have been away for 8 years traveling. Coming back to the US their are so many new phone providers. After doing all the research MetroPCS is by far the best! Amazing store with great employees. Elise it was an absolute pleasure! Thank you so much for the help and amazing service! I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else?

Elise was a huge help I really appreciated her enthusiasm and personality, she helped me with an upgrade and knew exactly what she was doing and the phone that I needed my experience was VERY and Im VERY satisfied with the way I was treated and served today, I will be coming back to this location for sure. I prefer paying my bill in the Camas store rather than online. Elijah is my favorite to deal with. Always greets me and other customers with a smile. Makes my day. He is always able to help me with any questions i may have.

I always come in here because its in my town and every time I come in Elise is working and she constantly provides the best customer service I came in this last week and got a new line and she was quick with activation and picked out the best phone for my needs. I will of course keep coming back to this location metro service in my area has great coverage but I always get the best dervice from Jerry, and Elise!

I dont even wont to give them even a star.. So we have been here with metro for just over a yr. And phones are do to be replaced.. And started to mess. Up one want taking a charge one was new and had it just a month and I cant hear my kid on the phone. And we are supposed to have free Amazon Prime we dont we pay for it.. Ya I am over it.. The wanted to send my husband work cell witch he cant be with out to get fixed and not give him a replacement same thing with our Daughters phone.. Piss pore service oh and they where just going to right it up and send it out.. What happened to customer service.. I will never go there again... And Changing service all together.

Every time I come in to this store I like getting helped out by the girls. I came in a couple of times and a guy named Eli was in! Besides him looking a little off he does not know what he is doing and just messed my plan up i came to pay my bill he added something to my account he said was free I wake up to my phone being off because of non payment! When he said it was free! I wouldn’t go back to this store if he’s going to be the one working! he needs to go back to training or learn more about his job I’m tired of the wrong information he gives me and my family when we go he doesn’t even listen to us all he wants to do is sell us something when all we want is some help!

The staff is knowledgable and kind!!Elise is the #1 cell tech girl and patiently explains the plans and reexplains until u know what u need. Great store... Check it out!

Trash, three people waiting 20mins after they were supposed to be open. Finally, girl that spoke like a mouse and didnt know anything showed up. The guy in front of me came back in after 30 minutes with her because he was still having problems. Waited 45 mins and left....

My cell service provider, love the sevice and just as good as any providwr Ive ever had.
