We went into the store 15 minutes before it closed and still Terra, the manager, was very helpful to us. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. She got us switched over quickly (even though we had just been to another location that had told us our phones weren’t compatible. Turns out they were.) She ended up being there about 15 minutes after they closed getting us all set up, but she was very gracious about it and we are so appreciative! I highly recommend her.
Went into Verizon this morning after losing my phone yesterday and the manager Traci did an excellent job informing me and helping me upgrade to an iPhone 7. I was extremely impressed with the customer service she gave me. Friendly, kind, thoughtful, sympathetic and understanding of my situation she helped me get exactly what I needed. Just as I hope Id be treated. She was working alone because her coworkers had called in sick but nevertheless efficiently helped other customers and myself in a timely, professional, friendly fashion. I could tell that the other customers appreciated her service as well and they didnt mind waiting a little longer. She was honest, genuine, fast and took the time to do an above average job through the whole process. Very impressed overall and glad I got her to help me out! Thanks again Traci!

Helpful staff. Accessories are overpriced - probably standard with most Verizon stores. Purchased a tempered glass screen protector for my Note 8. They helped install it, and did a good job. The price was ridiculous - they told me $40 and then when she rung it up it was $45 plus tax. I have tried it for 5 days and absolutely hate it because my phone barely responds to touch now. I called and asked about their return policy and they have no return policy for screen protectors that have been installed. Just feel like i was ripped off and now I am stuck with this product that makes my phone nearly unusable. It was not their fault that the screen protector does not work. However, it would have been nice if they met me half way on a return with a (50%) credit, or really any kind of compensation. But they didnt really care much and said that they have a no return policy on installed screen protectors. If I had bought this product on Amazon or at Costco, I could have returned it since it does not do its job. I will be purchasing my screen protectors on Amazon or at Costco from now on and would recommend you do the same.
Traci and her staff helped us find the perfect phone for our needs. They made sure that we got the best deal and even helped us get a military discount! We will definitely return for any cell phone needs that we may have. We highly recommend this Verizon store!!! They are great!!

Train wreck 2019. They sold me two phones on a buy one get one only to call me 4 days later to state that they couldnt honor that deal. Then they tried to force me to upgrade to an iPhone 10 at higher cost. I asked them to simply pay me the difference in exchange for helping them out. They refused. I tried to work with them at the cost of 10+ hours. They claimed they could only give me $100 in store credit which later proved false and then asked me to change my phone number so that they could help solve the problem. This has cost my non-profits countless hours and dollars. I had to take them to small claims court to resolve. STAY AWAY! There is a reason that their employee turnover is so high. I cannot imagine what would have happened to someone who didnt have the ability to stand up to them. I offered not to write any negative reviews if they simply resolved the issue. Nope. Just avoid this place. There is a qualified Verizon store nearby. Go there. They know what they are doing. THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE.

Alanna was great. She had a great attitude and great customer service, but also finessed the experience with her technical knowledge so that it went as smoothly as possible, and then topped everything off by getting me some great deals and free stuff.
I read reviews of the Camas Verizon store and they were good . I also looked on line and saw they had some cheaper phones that were more in my price range. I took my son who knows much more about phones than I do. The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and thought a phone that was $10.00 a month . She also got us on a new plan that will be less money a month. We are paying about the same a month and I have a new phone that works. Life is good, thanks Traci.
The customer service ladies were very nice. No complaint there.I was there 3 days. Twice it was an hour plus. It seems to be a real effort for them to contact their managers for Assistance.My new phone was not getting incoming calls. Tracy spent 20 minutes trying to contact someone to find out why. She could not get any help. I did it myself in 10 minutes. They needed my account number from AT&T to port my phone number. They dont seem to have enough equipment to wait on more than one customer at a time.Sorry but not a good experience.
I put a high value on 3 things for customer service.1 - Honesty 2- Knowledge 3- Listening to understand my needs.Steve demonstrated all three of these qualities.Page (the store manager) does as well.I read some of the older bad reviews, and they no longer apply. You need to come in and check out the current crew.
Awesome customer service from Noah. I went in knowing I would need a person with patience and got much more than I expected. Noah is so knowledgeable and was able to anticipate all my needs as to understanding what the phone can do and ways to get the most use from it. Noah cleaned up my phone storage so now everything works smoothly. Come in and see Noah at Verizon.

Not as bad of a place as I have heard, but Im tech savvy and dont need the step-by-step instructions or much help, so if you feel youll need Expert help go to 192nd that store is a higher volume with more experienced employees. This store isnt a real Verizon dealer from what I have been told, went in for a case for a Note8 and employee just wanted to sell me a new phone, I got the phone less than 5 months ago. Very disappointing.

Jesse rocks he helped me return a SIM card that he needed an override to complete. Steve and his coworkers executed teamwork to get me a new iPhone, transfer all my stuff from my old iPhone, figure out which accessories I needed and adjust my data plan to a less expensive, more suitable one in record time so I could make an appointment. Up until the current transaction i had been very happy with their service. This last transaction has changed that. What happened... I thought I’d upgrade to the apple 11pro. I was told that I had 14 days to change my mind. it was about 48 hours after I got my phone that i went in because I was not happy with the new hone and wanted to go back to my iphone plus 128. Well that Friday that i went in to return my new phone, I was told that I’d have to come back when either the sales person or manager was there to take care of my problem. Therefore, I returned on Monday and the Sales person was there. it’s told that i could not get my old phone back and that I would either have to keep the new phone or purchase a different phone. What I ended up doing was purchase an IPhone 8 with 64 instead on the 128.I was even told by the young female sales person that my phone problem was very difficult and that Iwould have to track down the regional person over her Manager to get whatever discounts, etc. which i really was not at that time interested. I live out in East Clark county, why when i mad my purchase in Camas, WA would I want to drive all the way to the north west area of Vancouver!I’d have to wait for it to be shipped. Well, as of today I still do not have my replacement phone nor have I received conformation of the order. Yet, I am still being charged for the phone service!
I have been a cellular customer for many years, with many different companies. And with each company at one time or another have had issues, mostly with billing. After a year with Verizon, Cellular One, I had my first issue just like with the other companies previously. However, what made this experience different was the customer service that I received. Jesse and Paige both went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem. They educated me and explained the billing process with me like no one ever has before. They worked together as a team to investigate the problem and come to a solution. The experience left me feeling valuable and important to them as a person as well as a customer. Not only would I recommend Verizon and this particular location I would also recommend Jesse or Paige to be your representative.
Jesse goes out of his way to help whoever walks in the door. He is patient, knowledgeable and doesn’t give up. Our Verizon service has been great. We get coverage now where our other carrier did not. Thanks!

I purchased a smart phone from Steve at this store. He is a fast talker and very slick. He sold me a phone and a plan. He sold me a lot of assessories which I did not need and didnt realize it since this was my first smart phone and I am 80 years old and confused about all the digital technology. I got my first bill a few weeks later. It was $179. I went to a REAL Verizon store and they couldnt believe it. They told me this store is not a real Verizon dealer and they should have informed me so the very first thing. They did not. They looked at my plan and said it was 7 years old and could not figure out why he would have put me on that plan which charges $2 for each outgoing/incoming call. This was a real rip off of an old lady. The Verizon customer service reviewed my plan, changed it to one that will cost me $70.01 a month and will NOT have data charges. DO NOT go to this store. Go to a real Verizon store where they will not rip you off and take advantage of your lack of knowledge in the digital realm.

This was beyond disappointing. My first clue should have been the incredibly blaring heavy rock music they were blasting. I couldnt even hear the guy talking and had to ask him to turn it down please.Steve STRONGLY suggested I get the 7+ Iphone as it had more memory. I told him that wasnt really important but he pressed on and convinced me to purchase this phone. It took about 2 1/2 hours to make this purchase!I noticed the battery was quite low and he said it simply needed a full charge and would be good to go.Next day, not even 24 hours later, after the phone had charged all night, it began losing power immediately and quickly. Then a myriad of problems occurred and I called Steve to tell him I needed a different phone as this was a lemon. He said he would order one for me. This is where the service went straight downhill. Every couple of days Id check and he kept saying it was on back order. I requested to come in and simply get a different model but he wouldnt allow me to do that. This same runaround continued for weeks until we were getting to the end of my 30 day warranty. Then he started ducking my calls until the warranty expired. All the while, I had this phone full of problems and didnt want it for the next two years. Since I was unable to get any type of service from Steve, I called Apple. The only way I could get this phone replaced was to ship it back and wait for another one.Steve did NOTHING to help once hed made the sale of apparently his last 7+ that he wanted to offload.The day of the purchase he was all gung ho, service oriented, but as soon as I had a problem, he was useless.I strongly advise anyone wanting to purchase a new phone to not visit this store.

I have stopped at this particular store several times to ask questions about service or problems. Usually, the representatives are helpful. Other times, I have had to go to the Apple Store in downtown Portland because they were unable to solve my problems. In addition, the service is spotty. Helpful one day and non-existent the next.
