I love this 7-11 I have a great relationship with the employees they always are super nice! Except for the new lady they have in there she’s very unorganized and rude. Literally made us wait outside for about 5 mins while she did inventory. Usually they do that in between customers but instead we had to wait outside.

I like this location, crew is friendly and efficient.

I used to work there and I always made sure that the coffee was fresh and never complained about the job in front of customers. I find it troubling that people are complaining about the things that I sure was done right for the costumer. I guess it is hard to find the right people for this type work. I would pretend that I was a customer and critique the cleanliness of the store when I started my shift and then set about correcting it.

Staff is obviously high on something, constantly talking to each other about how much their job sucks in front of customers, they either ignore customers or barely greet them. Today I asked for one hot dog. There was only one in the warmer. The man working asked if I wanted one or two. I said two would be great. He said, we only have one.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited for nearly ten minutes to be served and then got told by the employee that she simply wasn’t going to sell us the scratchers we requested and when we asked for a reason, she couldn’t give us one. Left completely dumbfounded. Never going back.

Had a nice visit with a sweet employee, was pleased they have half and half creamer here!

Nice location, clean store. Buy some lotto tickets.

Every morning we stop by to get coffee and they always out. We ask the two ladys and they have a bad customer service. They so rude.

Why cant you keep your employees. I hear its from the general manager. Somebody please fire her!!

Hoped for more options but the service didnt disappoint.
