The new Staples design features a lot of extra shared workspace, and even a podcast booth. They’ve expanded their selection to include basic art supplies like pre-stretched canvas, acrylic paint, brushes and watercolor paper. Overall positive experiences with this location and its staff. After trying to track down a particular item across several locations and experiencing a slight snag with an online order the store manager, Jason, reached out to assist. He was quick to research and identify the underlying issue (a vendor glitch in the system backend making two items share a product number) and personally took the time to track down where the final in stock item was and shipped to me in addition to resolving the system issue. It was clear from my interactions that this location takes pride in their work and genuinely strives to help customers meet supply needs, and after my experience with this store Id be comfortable asking them for product recommendations and assistance in the future.

Very, very pleased with the patient and knowledgeable assistance I received from Cesar while evaluating printers, afternoon of 10.24.20. He really went out of his way to clarify the different properties of various printers. and what would serve my needs. Tech savvy I am NOT- but he was never condescending or too technical for me to get a great deal of good information from him.So, shout out to Cesar! Thank you! Eileen

Went to a staples with my friends cause I wanted to look for a monitor and some art supplies. Was there for about two minutes when a worker came out to us and kicked us out for no reason. We were just looking. Another group of people were there and nobody went up to them. I’m not trying to overthink anything but a group of POC walk in and get kicked out but the other group of people who were white didn’t. Very interesting and I would love to know the reason for it.

Staff greeted me when I walked in and pointed me to the self service printer section. Knowledgeable staff helped me print quickly. Helped me track down correct toner as well.

Their printing center is awesome as well as the staff

The store is clean and the staff are very helpful. And I dont know if its under New Management but the products are now appropriately targeted 2 the needs of the people who shop there. And parking is never a problem.

I bought a chair online. It turned out that the chair was too small for me. I called the Staples return center and they told me that I could return the chair in any store. I went to this store and they said I could not return it there and that it was my problem! But it doesnt stop there. I called the return center again from the store. After 25 min, they finally told me that I couldnt return the chair to the store. The store staff laughed at me! Do you think that anyone that offered help to load the chair back in my car? This store is a joke. Do yourself a favor a go buy somewhere else that appreciate customers.

The worst Staples for Printing Services and faxing. I used to go there every week for faxing and other printing services. The associates are some of the worst when it comes to customer service. Very unprofessional, once even arguing aloud amongst each other while I was using one of the Xerox machine, was too annoying to say the least. Dont even bother buying items from this overpriced place. It smells of bankruptcy and maybe when this location meets its faith, the associates can move their job to Macdonalds few shops down. Much more suitable for their qualification.

The fax service is what I used today and the staff is ok in that area. They were helpful

Very good Staples location. They have printing services, and are well stocked in all departments. Also, the location is very central and convenient.

Very helpful and available staff, and they had what I needed. Prices are maybe 10% high, but I like the convenience.

DO NOT use this staples for anything. The customer service is atrocious. They will hang up on you. The manager conveniently goes out to lunch if you need something. The employees transfer you around without giving you any useful information. DO NOT USE THE UPS SERVICE! If the package is lost they will not file a claim on your behalf (which is what I was instructed to do by UPS claims department). Staples violates their agreement with UPS by not filing claims for the customer that were shipped from that facility. I hope that UPS will rescind Staples right to sell their product. Especially if they cannot uphold their end of the contract.

I went to Staples to get a few resumes printed for an upcoming interview. I went to the copy center and asked if they could make a few copies. I was told that they were to busy but I could do it myself, but I would have to buy a box of resume paper. I didnt really need 100 resume sheets. I asked if I could buy just a few sheets from the copy center. I was informed by the very crabby copy manager that they could not do that after someone else told me no problem. I just walked out after that.

Cheerfully helped me recycle a pile of computers.

Their computer workstations are $0.30 a minute, but take about an hour to actually load webpages or print anything.

Were out of stock of chromecast audio three times on three separate weeks while telling me they would be in stock the next week. Major waste of time cumulatively.

The people who helped me really knew their stuff. It was about as good a trip to Staples as one could hope to have.

This staples I find doesnt carry as much as some of the other staples. That being said, the staff is helpful and the things they do carry are of good quality.
