Rev used to have a pretty decent selection. It’s fell off in the past months and just don’t seem to be bouncing back. The delivery is pretty bad. The past three I have had, have all been late. Today, it’s an hour late and still waiting. But, if it’s the same driver as last time, I’m sure he feel entitled to ask for another tip. This time, he’ll hear I should get a discount for always being late. What’s the point of a delivery window, if the delivery is never within that time?

I have my medical card and occasionally get delivery from this location and always receive the best and friendliest service!! Jamil was super friendly and accommodating and Mica was a wonderful driver! I’ll always recommend getting delivery from the Fresh Pond location, the bud is fantastic and the people are even better!

I went by today as a first time patient. Your website says that there’s a $200 discount to be use in order that are $100 ($50 per $100 to be use one at a time and not stacking). My order was $109 and total should have been $59. I had cash to avoid card fees. When I got there, the person that helped me (that clearly was either bored or not having a blast at work) told me it was $70. I asked her why because with the discount it should have been $59, she told me I couldn’t apply my $50 discount on items that were discounted. First dispensary that has this rule. As a patient I selected the products that will help my condition and it’s not my fault they had some discount. If you can’t apply your discount voucher to items on sale or discount already, it should be advise at the website. I looked several times at the FAQ and nowhere says that you can’t apply discount to discounted items. It says you can’t use them at the same time for 1 order. I had to use my card and charged a fee, which it’s what I wanted to avoid. Just because of that, I’m not going back again. I would use my usual dispensary at Somerville as I know their product and I can use my vouchers any way I want regardless if items are on sale.

Ive been ordering from Rev Clinics Fresh Pond since the pandemic. Not a single order has been incorrect. I truly applaud all the employees for that, as well as the drivers/delivery employees. They must work pretty hard and theyve come to my place so many times. Its hard for me to leave the home with my medical conditions and a full time work from home job so I appreciate their service.They are not the cheapest place in town but I cannot complain about the products and they do have deals and discounts that I use all the time. Their quality/price is a way better deal than some other places nearby (not gonna name them...).Ive been using cannabis products for years from many dispensaries and I have been very happy with the selection at Rev Clinics Fresh Pond. Whenever Im unhappy with a strain it is because of the effects not because of the quality of the product, more like personal preference because I like certain types of strains the most. Ive had terps that arent as easy to find and/or good-tasting elsewhere like minty/piney, skunky, and very tangerine-tasting strains.So I do recommend their delivery and their product if you find them affordable. If not, I recommend taking the trip out to Mayflower in Allston, which isnt that far away, because they have the best deal in terms of flower that I know of. But they dont do delivery outside of Suffolk County. Rev Clinics probably has the best delivery in this area.

First dispensary review I have ever written. It was a pleasure dealing with all the staff, and especially Alex at the Fresh Pond location. I have been suffering from chronic back pain for some time and their product has given me great relief. Also, they gave my dog treats and gave me $100 off for being a new customer, so I am a very happy customer to say the least!

Horrible service Got a 1 gram pen that didn’t work so I called and they said come down and we’ll replace it. I went there and showed them the faulty pen and they said they weren’t going to take it back. Why did they say come in then ? Never going back

Im a new patient. After visiting the Somerville location last week for the last first time, they told me I could purchase inside the Cambridge locations. Today, I arrived at the Fresh Pond location just before 11. I waited until 11, went to show my ids at the front desk and I was told I had to order online and I couldnt make a purchase in the store. So, I went to the car, placed an order and waited 30 minutes until my order was ready.Finally, I was able to enter. FYI the wind chill today was below zero to cold to wait outside!!!I went to the counter. Told the bud tender I was a new patient and had birthday rewards to use. (yesterday was my birthday so this was the ONLY reason I came into YOUR dispensary today. I was met with a cold response. She was not very personable. I asked about my other discounts. She was not very helpful at all. Didnt offer to explain anything. I paid with my debit and left. Once back in the car, I realized she didnt give me my change!!! So here I go again, back in the line in below zero weather to speak to a manager.Manager finally showed up to the lobby area! She didnt let me back inside! Again freezing cold!!! I asked to come in and speak to hear, as I also was having a hard time hearing her. She DIDNT introduce herself. She eventually said she was the GM. Again, no name, no introduction. She rushed through explaining the discounts and my receipt. She did get my change due and then offered to add points to my loyalty card. Again, Im a new patient trying to understand your discounts and rewards program. She couldve done better and taken the time to explain things to me instead of brushing me off.This was my first time at this location and after my experience today. My LAST!!!

I have been a patient with Revolutionary Clinics for a few years now always going to there Somerville location. This time I was not going to be unable to go myself, so I thought I would check out the delivery service they offer. I know there are more local MMJ Dispensaries much closer to me, but I feel Revolutionary is the BEST, I believe they truly put the patient first. I placed my order on line, got a confirmation in less than 10 minutes. Next I get a text with my delivery window 530 to 730. At 5.55 I received a text telling me they would be here in 19 minutes. 18 minutes later a small unobtrusive white van pulls up in front of my house and a very professional young man got out named Jovani. He introduced himself and told my why he was here He went over my order with me and there was a discrepancy in the order, not with what I ordered but the price, without hesitation Jovani hopped on the phone and immediately straightened it out. Jovani and his driver Mica made this transaction so easy and smooth that I think I will never drive into Somerville again for no other reason than there delivery service is the BOMB. I live in Braintree and to not have to go into the city for my medicine is huge for me. I always love coming to the Fresh Pond location. It feels really good to be welcomed and appreciated every time I come by. It starts with the security guard outside. He is really easy to talk to and welcoming. The front desk crew is always in a good mood and cracking jokes with me. I think one of them even had a costume on yesterday! This Wednesday my budtender was Chellie who I hadnt worked with before. She was very helpful speaking with me about some strains I hadnt tried before, like Cranberry Blue. I also had some Gpen questions. She wasnt sure about it so she grabbed a fellow budtender to help me out while she found the info on the system. To get me pricing. They always do more at Rev clincs. Ive had a great relationship in the past.ive been a medical Marijuana customer for almost 4years. Until last week.Im an old man on social security. I dont have much money. This cannabis helps with a variety of illnesses. I purchased these flower sticks tried one and was not happy.called immediately.it was bunk to me.you had to buy 2.in order to get the device $70. After 3 days they call me back. Basically they told me they not taking it back .we can give you a $25 credit(i spent $70) now heres the difference.NETA fours years ago .i bought a cannabis inhaler.that didnt work out.there policy was return it and they credited me for the money spent. No problem. I visited Revolutionary Clinics in Cambridge for the first time and had a great experience. From the staff at the entrance to the two people that served me I felt genuinely welcomed. Joe and Sabrina understood what I was looking for and were very helpful in suggesting products to best suit my needs. The new customer discount on top of prices that are lower than other dispensaries Ive visited made me happy as well. My only negative would be the low number of flower options the day I was there but they assured me it was not the normal inventory.

Barbara offered a ton of useful and objective information about where to start, what to look for, etc. At the start I was a bit intimidated with all the choices and information, but after the consultation was ready to make some well-informed choices.

My first visit at Rev Clinics I spent 210$ and got 410$ of concentrates, almost one unit of everything they had. After losing the Paperwork race to my friend (┬┬﹏┬┬) we went in, and like usual I start asking questions. Marissa and the other bud tenders had all the answers and showed me some glass. They were great I cant complain! If I lived closer Id hit them up ALL the time.

Great dispensary! Excellent selection of vape cartridges, both co2 and distillate. Quick in and out with easy parking too. Joe C was a big help selecting from some new buds.

First time customer. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and got right in with no wait. The facility was clean and well organize. Staff was friendly and walked me through the entire process. Jessica was very knowledgeable and understanding and answered all my questions. I explained what issues I was experiencing and she showed me all the different products and there desired effects. Best prices, solid loyalty program, and a great staff. I have been to every dispensary in the city, mainly taking advantage of first time patient offers. Rev is the best deal in the city, they have a large range of product and the pricing is some of the best in MA. Although all of MA is expensive compared to other states.
