I’ve done many times live scan, but it’s my first time to gain this disappointing service. You’ll spend more money, waste your time and effort, but still can’t get your things done!The staff there seemed unfamiliar with the process like it was their first time ever to do this. The government rejected the request multiple times since low quality of images which I got charged more than usual. They also said they can’t control the quality. If that’s occasional case, that makes sense, but failed twice out of 3 times operations?Objectively, shipping is fine there, BUT! Find a more professional spot to do ya fingerprints! Not gonna go back ever based on the very unsatisfied experience.

We have had consistent difficulties with pre-paid, merchant-provided return labeled, return shipments, never shipped or lost by this store. Unfortunately, we can not recommend this UPS Store location.

The young lady doing notary and greeting customers is great we went twice today and this was our first time there however the customer service by both the person at the front was really awesome can’t wait to go again

Vera was very helpful in assisting me with my passport photo and making sure it was taken correctly. I appreciated her professionalism and customer service!

Ive been to this location twice within the past several days and both times service was incredibly cordial and efficient. Vera helped me the first time with notarizing some documents as well as setting up expedited shipping and the entire process was incredibly easy. Vera then helped me a second time a few days later with some simple package shipping. Though I intended to ship the package faster than ground, Vera pointed out that ground shipping would arrive just as fast as 2 day shipping at a much cheaper rate, thus saving me a bunch of money. I see no reason to go elsewhere for shipping and notary needs.

You dont need to wear a mask here. The employee wasnt wearing one and neither did the customer who went in after me. I will be avoiding this place for now on.

Staff here are very helpful! Alway such good vibes when I go in. Amazon returns are so annoying some times but then they make it seem so easy.

Excellent service. Notary service available. When I was there they worked with a customer to determine what all was needed to ship a parcel - quite the conversation. But the staff explained what was needed and the customer returned after they found the additional info.

Thank you April Boozer. With Covid 19 I am not commuting to the office everyday and also dont have a UPS Driver showing up each afternoon to pickup packages. April is extremely professional and courteous and makes my 2 to 4 trips during the week so easy. I appreciate that and I know I can depend on her especially during stressful afternoons when I have a lot of outgoing shipments. I am grateful that I can depend on the UPS store near my home and thats because of April.

The worst service ever The owner is so rude, after 4 years being a customer and paying my MailBox rent on time yearly, in the 5th year I was 1 week late on my rent cause I lost my job because of COVID-19, the owner hold my Mails and didn’t give it to me and he wanted to charge me late fees $30 What a customer service after being 5 years customer?????! In the end I canceled my Mailbox agreement with them.THIS LOCATION NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL 👎🏾

Fantastic customer service at this store, Vera is especially helpful. We recently moved out of state and she packed up some special painting and work monitors for us and they arrived without a scratch. Dont bother going to other UPS stores if you live in the area, this is the one you want!

Avoid this store at all cost. There are plenty of other choices close by, less then 5 minutes. The lack of decency here during COVID is overwhelming.

This is my go-to UPS store in the area, with helpful staff to support all my UPS-shipping needs and Amazon-return needs. Friendly/professional, yet also quick in-and-out (easy/swift transaction/interaction & COVID-safer). All the COVID precautions are also taken here, so I feel safe stopping by this store.

Vera was extremely helpful and efficient with mailing out our packages in time for Christmas! My favorite UPS store to go to.

I always go to UPS #1949 and having great experience with their professional staff, and I also want to say thanks to Kennedy for being so amazing with the best ever customer service and nice smile to the customers all the time. My husband and I needed documents notarized and this store was recommended to us by several friends. We went on a Saturday and we were helped by April Boozer. She did a great job and was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made the process easy to complete and we will definitely use their services again.

I went to notary and mailing at this UPS several times, and Kennedy helped me with the whole process. This UPS has been my favorite one in this area because the staff here are nice and knowledgable. Good place to do postal service if you live nearby.

I had some problems with an Amazon return, and April went the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly for me. Very friendly and competent service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I made an appointment for my fingerprints and the line piled up once I got there and April RUSHED and put my name & ss information wrong. I got an email stating that the information was wrong and April kept refusing to make new prints with the CORRECT information without wanting to charge me all over again. Eventually she did a new submittal but GUESS WHAT? She put my information wrong AGAIN! A waste of time and money. They need to properly train their staff or get staff that is willing to do their job correctly.

Do not ever get your passport pictures taken here. They eyeball it and do not use software to accurately measure it precisely to the US Passport office specifications. Further April Boozer refused to retake my photo when I questioned it and insisted in a defiant manner that they NEVER EVER have had passport pictures rejects. Her mistake cost me an additional $200 in expedited fees for the delay in getting my passport. Recommendation to April: lay off the booze Boozer.

SCAM ARTISTS, unprofessional and rude. every other ups store prints label for free, this place didnt tell me before printing the label it was going to cost 3.25 for a single sheet of paper.The sales agent Kennedy needs to be additionally trainned on how to be professional.Never again
