Do not whatever u do purchase a vehicle from autos mart because this is from the trunk of my car filled with mold and water and ruin my fused boxed and car won’t run now. Mold is in there now not only green mold but now it’s turn into black mold. Sad thing is my kids ride in this vehicle and it had all of this mold in it. Repeat to not buy from Autosmart. They are nuthin but liars and sell vehicles that are death hazards

First time we purchased a Toyota Highlander then 3 years later we got a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. They do trade-ins as well as different financing options. Do not purchase a vehicle from autosmart cause as you see below this was in the back of my trunk in a 2016 Camaro rs . My trunk is filled with black and green mold and water in it and the water and mold ruin my fuse box and now my car won’t run because my main computer is fried and all the wires to the car is saturated. So I REPEAT do not purchase from Autosmart. I had problems the first 3 days I had the car and they refused to help me now we are down to this where my car is jacked. Worst car lot ever

I took a chance and bought a used vehicle, as is, no warranty. Two months into the car, I start having mechanical problems. I take it to get it looked at, parts of the engine had been welding together. The mechanic said he had never seen anything like it before. Thanks Auto Smart for selling me a lemon. Now I have to make payments on the car while buying a new engine. I went up to talk to them and was told that it was sold as is and they don’t do internal checks on their vehicles. I would highly suggest going elsewhere!

This lot sold me a lemon! Two months after driving it, I started having serious engine problems. I took it to a professional shop and was told the engine had been welded together and that they’d never seen anything quite like it! Now I get to buy a new engine on top of payments. Thanks Auto smart! It’s a great way to treat your customers!

I went to AutoSmart several times when I was searching for my first car. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and did all they could to help me make an informed decision and find the best car for my lifestyle. I never felt pressured to buy there, and the salesman I encountered answered all of my questions and never gave off the impression that I was wasting his time by not buying there. I have been to a lot of dealerships that were driven by pushy sales people-- luckily AutoSmart was not one of those places. Although I didnt buy there, I certainly will consider it in the future.

I Dont recommend buying or having a car repairs done at this facility they do low quality work they do not cover the Warranties on the work they do they replace the crankshaft bolt in a 2005 Kia within less than 1500 miles the bolt has backed out of the crankshaft and now its caused alot of damage and now they do not want to cover what they did to the vehicle said theyre not responsible the mechanic even said his self that they had replaced the bolt for the vehicle and the owner still claims that he does not feel that he is responsible for the vehicle now that it was sold to someone else but if the owner of the car he might of helpd them I believe if you work on somebodys vehicle and you Warranty the work that you did on the vehicle it should be covered even though it was sold to someone else you should stand behind your work God bless I hope that this helps someone before they make a purchase at this facility
