Great experience, buying a car online! Levi was my salesman and he was thorough and professional and friendly. Made a video of the car from start-up through driving it about 3 miles so I knew it worked right and how it looked. He even messaged me about a couple of scratches, etc. to make sure I saw them in the photos It is a sweet ride, with super low miles at a great price too! They even helped me arrange shipping and when the driver was running late, Levi took the keys home with him so he could come back at night to load the car!! Great people and a great deal, thank you!!

Went car shopping on Saturday found and test drove two vehicles I enjoyed. Went in on Monday and worked with Ashley Benningfield. She had patience’s, and worked with me through the entire process. Jason and his team are amazing. Called in and told him we wanted a Truck. I told him we had bad credit and some money down. So they went to work on it. Got a call half hour later and he said he got us a truck. We got up there and seen it shining from a mile away. Its a great truck. We did have one problem with it when we got home but it couldnt of really been found. So I called him on his cell phone after hours and sent him the video and he told us to bring it in the next day. Within half an hour they had it diagnosed and were working on it. I had an appointment so they were incredible and got a sweet ride until they got ours fixed. They have went out of their way to help us. They also gave us way more for our trade in then what was quoted on Kelly Blue Book. I will definitely be going through them again the next time we get a car.

We worked with Jared today. We came in to look at a vehicle and there was an issue with the car. He was honest with me and told me what the issue was. We ended up buying a 2017 Dodge Journey instead. Love it! And before we signed our paperwork Sam informed us that they were going to put 4 new tires on as well as new rotors and brake pads. You don’t get that kind of service most places, so it is definitely appreciated. Will definitely come back when we get ready to buy another vehicle.

Recently picked up a nice Audi with the help of Shane. Easiest person to make a purchase with by far. Easy to get along with, not super pushy like others, and will help the best he can. If you’re planning to get a car from Deskins, ask for Shane Luttrell, and you’ll leave with a car.

Stay away from this fraud fiasco! Sold us a $12,000 vehicle that they said had a cvt transmission. Later found out it was a 4speed auto transmission and made terrible noise, also has other problems. Took advantage of us when we were in a bind. Hired a consumer protection attorney ended up settling out of court for total of $4000. The crooks lied about everything and dropped off our vehicle locking the keys inside parked on a slope. Were not the only ones that fell for their tricks. Be sure to dig through all the negative reviews of how people have been sold junk vehicles, overpriced vehicles, or had their finances trashed. They pay people to give five star reviews. Please just stay away if you need a car find a reliable mechanic and have him check it out before you give anyone a penny. Dont figure it out the had way.

They allowed me to take my time pick out my vehicle. The owner Jason was very kind and willing to deal, and even gave me $1,000 more on my trade than I asked for. Sam the young General Manager was Knowledgeable. Levi was very considerate and hardworking with following up and went into detail about the warranties and told me I could cancel and it be prorated if I felt I didnt need it in a year. Rich had a great accent and explained where every penny went in my Bill of Sale Id give them all 4 10/10 stars if I could.

I would just like to clarify my previous review of 5-stars was written while sitting with the sales man. He asked me to write the review. I do not feel that it accurately reflects my experience. He did not follow through with the terms we agreed on. The van I purchased was decent but the reason the sale was made was because what we agreed upon. If I would of known what I know now I would of kept shopping around.

Truly authentic and down to earth from the second you walk in the door. Dont buy here, dont even walk through the doors this place is a fraud factory. Its bad enough that I had to hire a consumer protection attorney to go after them with all my evidence, but then I discovered that the last time they brought the vehicle back to my driveway... They locked the keys inside the vehicle and didnt bother to notify anyone; which they claimed to have notified their attorney whom was supposed to have notified mine.Thats worse than having had parked the vehicle on a slope without the parking brake engaged as they also did. To their credit we negotiated an out of court settlement agreement just beware if you buy from any dealership or car lot youd better know the differences between the different vehicle Trims youre shopping for and search up that Vin number because Carfax is totally unreliable.Also, look up any business on the BBB because there youll see Deskins has several complaints. Luckily, State farm will reimburse me for the locksmith that I had to have because they locked me out of my own property!

He said welcome to the Deskins family and that is exactly the feeling I got, unlike another place where I was Leary of the brand.Ronnie educated me the day before about the truck market, which I was looking for, and COVID. He asked me questions about why I wanted a truck, which I needed something with a little “humph” to pull my heavy trailer and my almost 1000 lb. lawn mower. The answer- SUV, which they had a large selection of. I researched and researched until I found what I wanted. I didn’t want white or black and they had one that was really dark metallic blue (which looks black at night), but when the sun shines on it, it is absolutely gorgeous!Sorry so long! Almost there! It was late Friday evening and they really worked with me, I didn’t expect it but I drove it home! I traded in a car that they already had several of and still gave me top dollar for it.Now after the sale they are still helping me with tow bar installation and another need. I bought a truck here in January. The staff is super friendly and they get you in and out of there fast. Only complaint I have is the truck I bought needed brakes not long after I bought it and the gas tank was almost empty, I wish they would of had it filled up just out of courtesy. But overall good experience.

We drove 200 miles down to the dealership from Ohio to look at a specific car, but our bank decided they wanted to make life hard on everyone once we got there. We ended up driving home empty handed that day due to the bank issues.Levi, Sam, Richard, and the rest of the team worked on everything for two days and did their best to get us taken care of. After everything was said and done and the bank issues were resolved, they delivered the car to us so we wouldnt have to drive the 400 mile round trip again.Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with, and gave us their full attention both in person and via text/phone call during the several days the process took. I would definitely recommend Deskins simply because of the staff.

Wonderful, fair, friendly, small town family owned dealership that seems to try and create the best possible experience for their clients!After 2 months of research and price comparisons I ended up in a conversation with Lance at Deskins. The result of that interaction was me and my husband driving home in the car Ive always wanted but never thought we could actually get. They set me up with a fair price on my dream car and made the whole process easier than I can begin to say. Lance was patient and willing to work with me through text around my hectic meeting schedule and get everything worked out so that once we drove the 2 hours to their dealership, we were able to get a better look at the car, do the test drive, and and get it all wrapped up incredibly fast. The business manager Kim was super friendly and efficient with the paperwork. There was no sitting in the dealership waiting for hours while sales guys run back and forth and throw tons of numbers in front of you.... it was simple, hassle free, and I got exactly what I was looking for with an added bonus of a free year of Sirius/XM radio that my 2017 challenger hadnt had activated yet. Lance even took the extra step to check in after a couple days and see how I was liking the car.If this dealership comes up, even if they are a bit of a drive... go for it. They are worth the drive. I dont anticipate looking for another vehicle for quite a while, but when I do eventually get there, I know where Ill look first.

This was an excellent place to buy a vehicle. My sales rep was Scooter and he was great. I also met the ladies in the back that handle tag and title and they were very friendly. The only fly in the ointment was the gap insurance. The finance person glossed it over. I was under the impression it was included in the price but was actually charged 600 for it. We did have 30 days to cancel but by the time we really looked into it the 30 days was up. So just make sure your read the sales slip that lists all the charges before signing. Overall I was pleased and would have no problem buying another vehicle there.
