Great customer service. Boat was ready when we arrived. They gave us a quick review of everything we needed to know and took us for a very short test drive to make sure we were comfortable driving the boat. Boat worked great and our group of 10 had a great time. When we returned boat, they gassed it up right away so we were on our way home quickly. Great day on the lake.

Great place to get gas on Canandaigua lake

Great service, our boat broke down on the lake, we got towed in to this marina, employees went out of there way to help us pulling the boat out of water, and wouldn’t accept any compensation.

Beautiful views, boat was almost brand new, and worked very well. Rented a boat, but had to go to a different location to rent tubes. Bonus their bathrooms are extra nice.

We planned a last minute getaway and called to get on a wait list for a boat rental, knowing it was a slim chance. You can imagine my elation when a girl called on Saturday to tell me something came available for either of the 2 days we inquired about. I asked her if we were able to dock the boat and leave part way through the day & come back in order to let our dog out who would be at the house we rented since they only offered an all day rental and dont allow pets. She didnt know the answer and said shed call me back. After not hearing anything that day I called this morning, the next business day & was told the girl I spoke with Saturday wasnt in. I spoke with a different lady who said, oh yeah she was going to try to contact you this morning but ended up filling the spot with the next person in line. Sorry, they go fast. (Even though that girl was not working today?) I said to her how disappointing that was since the way the conversation was left, I was waiting to hear back from them, not the other way around. She said her next available was next Sunday and I said were only in town Tuesday-Friday. She said oh wait I have something Friday...needless to say this was not a positive customer service experience. This will be our first trip to the Finger Lakes region & if we visit again we wont bother wasting time with this business.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Cobalt from German Brothers. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. We purchased at the boat show in Syracuse in the fall and picked up this past week once the marinas were opened in NY. Peter was very courteous and went out of his way to teach us about the boat and help us with whatever we needed. I absolutely recommend them to anybody thats in the market for a new cobalt boat.

So took the boat to be fixed and they broke the gas tank and drained all my gas to fix it. They told me they filled it up but they did not. The keel card they put on 2 weeks ago is already coming off. Now the boat is leaking oil so I have to take it back. So not use this company. If you do pain and suffering awaits you.

We rented a pontoon boat for the day from this marina. We had excellent service. The boat was beautiful and we had a great day. The employees are so helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us. I highly recommend this Marina.

Excellent marina I call a few marinas and they were the cheapest also the most accommodating ones.They know you and treat you like family I had multiple issues getting my boat ready due to mechanical problems but these guys went above and beyond by helping me and giving me proper pointers and helping me get the proper parts to get it water ready.And they allow me to work on it dry dock which not alot marinas allow you to do.Doesnt matter what time I take the boat they always fast and wait for me return has iam one those late day customer come in late for 3hrs and return at closing time and they always treat my family with respect and get us out water fast.The staff is perfect and I will be recommending for my military friends to bring their boats here they gained long time customer.Rick.pete Allen Steve Archie and their whole crew best marina in the finger lakesThanks for helping me have blast summer 2020

The owners and staff really care about providing great service to their customers! Theyre very knowledgeable as well! They take exceptional care of the boats that are entrusted to them. However working for them is less than enjoyable! They dont speak well to their staff and Im quite surprised that they havent been sued by staff or been reported to a govt agency for a variety of violations.

We rented a pontoon boat here for the first time and could not have had a better experience. From the first call to book the boat, through turning it back in, worked out perfectly. No surprises or issues and feel it was a great value for a day of boating. Wonderful people very friendly and knowledgeable answer all and any question. The boat was pristine, had nice amenities and was very comfortable- even with 10 adults. The engine ran perfectly and had no trouble pulling people on the tube.Thanks German Brothers we’ll be back!

We have rented boats from here ever summer for the last 3 years. our experience here is always impeccable. the service is wonderful and everyone is always very helpful. kevin was very patient with us and helped with every little detail, even demonstrated how to drive and dock the boat. my mother is not at all a boat person, she had no idea how to drive one, but kevin helped her feel completely safe and at ease driving one.

One of the owners, Rick German, took an incredible amount of time with us on a boat we were looking at. He answered all of our questions that my wife and I had. He actually suggested not to buy the boat we were looking at because he didnt think it was a good fit for our needs.

Gas up my boat here on canandaigua lake, and the folks are always friendly and helpful. My colleague at work purchased his new boat from here, and hes been more than happy with the service hes received, both before and after the delivery.

Great, honest people. They had me over a barrel if they wanted to charge me for some minor damage I did to a prop on one of their boats, but they treated me fairly. I give them my highest recommendation.

Buyer cant find prices online when shopping for a boat. Have to call & talk to the dealer just to get a price....

We keep our boat here for dry storage. The staff takes great care of us, and really go out of their way to go above and beyond. Would not think of keeping the boat anywhere else.
