Cant say enough about our experience. There were eight (four teens) of us in our party and each and everyone of us had a blast! The primary reason was our captain, Carly, she was fabulous. She made sure all of us were taken care of and had a good time. The boat was also very nice. If you are in the area Id strongly recommend checking out Seager Marine.

Had an excellent pontoon rental. Boat was ready on short notice, was in good shape and operated flawlessly. It was an outstanding September day on the water. Would highly recommend. Also very convenient to the Lake House on Canandaigua where we were staying.

Had a great time with Spin! It was supposed to rain all weekend, but he got us to a spot on the lake that was nice and sunny. He was very kind and a great teacher! Our family loved it even though it was cut short with a huge storm. :)

We rented a speed boat for the day and it was incredible! The boat was absolutely beautiful and the staff were all so so sweet and helpful. They’re very laid back and kind and accommodated us last minute, something we struggled with with other local marinas. Highly recommend!

An amazingly fun time! The captained boat rental (super air nautique) experience was totally worth it. Our captain coached us through the process of wake surfing. We all were able to do it including my 9 & 12 yr old kids. Looking forward to the experience again next summer.

We visited the marina in August. Great Location and Great Service. The Kayak Rentals were very reasonable. Jake sized us all up with life jackets and helped launch us off the dock. The water was calm and crystal clear. We will come back again.

We recently chartered a boat with Seager for an afternoon of swimming, tubing and cruising. The boat was fully equipped (life jackets, water sport accessories, aux cable for music, nice speakers, etc. ) Our captain did a wonderful job of showing us the highlights of the lake, and was patient with our group as we celebrated a bachelorette party. It was the highlight of our trip and would 100% recommend!

Lovely ride and driver. Only wish the lake hotel was more transparent that this is too early to see any sunset and it is not private as I was told when booking it. It was very fun though just a bit pricey for a regular boat ride with other strangers.

Our cruise was a 10 out of 10. The boat was spacious and pristine. What a great way to spend the last days of summer.

We booked a pontoon boat for the day but couldn’t go out in the morning because of high winds. Annie in the rental department told us she’d personally call us at noon if the wind gusts died down and when they had, she offered us a discount and gave us a free tube. We had an absolute blast and would definitely go back!

Wow this is the first time we rented a pontoon from Seager Marine. It was a great experience. When I came inside, greeted with a smile lol oh and having the mask on. The young men were very helpful and was able to refresh on the instruction about the pontoon.Definitely will rent again for next year. Probably will do it in the early summer when it’s a little warmer. It was cool in the morning but it did warm up.Thank you for your hospitality and hope to see you all next year 2021 will be a blast.

Seagers Website allows you to reserve online which was very convenient. Staff was very helpful in recommendations for fishing, eating, swimming. They have restrooms on-site. They also have a sandwich shop that delivers to the boat at Kershaw Park. Selection was very good and reasonable. We had a great day and would definitely use again.

The staff was very courteous and friendly, and helped with our questions and with our lack of experience boating. The pontoon boat we rented was quite new, well maintained and in great condition. Weather for the day was not what we expected from their optimistic forecast but we were able to outrun the two thunderstorms and safe harbor, and in between enjoy our time on the water. Be aware though that buying the boat would likely require less paperwork than renting it. Im sure this is necessary for the protection of themselves and their property in our overly litigious society, but, whew, look out for writers cramp! We would certainly rent here again and highly recommend!

We rented a pontoon boat for the day from Seager Marine which was our only vacation opportunity this year for our adult family of 5. We also rented a tube--and were very surprised that the speed of the boat allowed the younger adults to enjoy an exciting & boisterous experience riding the waves on it! Brought our own tubes to lounge in the water, food & water coolers, etc.......and enjoyed the whole day from beginning to end!

What a fantastic experience. Spent the whole day on the beautiful lake.the marina staff was very helpful and made the rental process a breeze. My only complaint is that based on photo online I thought my pontoon bought would have a bimini top.for shade.

Arrived before 9am to do paperwork so just had to wait until driver showed to sign his part of paperwork. Got a little crowded at that time but finally got into the boat and manager ( who was great by the way) Gave us some more time before we had to return the boat. Also was crowded when returning but didn’t make us wait to gas up and said they would do it and just apply to card. Great price, welcome service here on the pier. Spoke to a person 2 time about renting a boat for water sports with the kids (tubing, skiing, etc). Showed up with 7 kids to be told that tubes were not available and the the boat we rented was not really equipped for water sports. Management didn’t want to provide a discount and took no accountability for the person who spoke to us (even questioning if my wife really spoke to someone who worked for them saying nobody would have said what she was told). Ruined my kids 12 year old birthday and didn’t care. Terribly way to treat customers.

We rented the 2017 Avalon GS CR 21, directly from the Seager Marine website. The process was flawless, and honestly, Im kind of surprised how easy it was to rent a boat!So... This is worth the read. I called Seager the week before the rental, informing them that this experience was mainly for my father, who has been greatly incapacitated by cancer treatments over the past few years. He cant walk well, and I inquired as to how we could help him onboard and disembark the craft from Seagers dock on the pier. The young woman on the phone was quick, attentive, and extremely empathetic. All questions answered.On the date of the rental, we arrived, with family and wheelchair and Seagers crew sprang into action. Helped us dock the boat, secured it themselves, found a ramp suitable to transfer him onto the craft. Four people attended to us personally to make the transfer, and it went perfectly.When it came time to disembark, the crew immediately repeated the process with the ramp and securing the boat for transfer. Then, they even helped push his wheelchair back to his car and stayed with him as he transferred from wheelchair to car.The service I received was above and beyond anything I ever expected. Having had several bad experiences with companies and accessibility, the young workers at Seager were like nothing Ive seen in a very long time. This was Monday morning, July 13th, 2020 at 9am (and disembark at 3pm). These young workers deserve high praise and commendation for their exemplary service. They should be recognized for their efforts, which I rarely see in other establishments.Also, the boat was awesome. Everything in perfect working order. No worries there!Seager has a customer for life. KEEP IT UP!

I had a problem with my boat and had company coming into town the following week. Nobody else was even willing to try to get me in, but Bob in Service found a way to get me in. They fixed my boat the next day, did a very professional job and returned it to me in perfect condition. I was very, very pleased with the way they treated me, the turn around time and the cost of repairs. I’ll be back again!

Ive used Seager a couple of times for repairs to my boat and have always had a great experience. The entire service dept is very friendly and they know what theyre doing. I really appreciate the timely follow up calls to give me updates on what is happening.

The guide who checked us in was mumbling and difficult to understand. The manager was great and refunded us for life vests we were charged but didnt need.

We had an awesome day on the water, all thanks to Pete and Seager Marine. They came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. Thanks again guys.

We rented a pontoon boat for the day from Seager Marine in August 2019. The boat was practically new and included a tube for the kids. We had a fabulous time until a severe storm came in very quickly. We were able to secure the pontoon boat to our dock and get inside but the winds and storm banged the boat and dock repeatedly. The storm was so bad that most of the residents around us were searching the water for furniture after the storm! Both the pontoon boat and our dock were damaged. We contacted Seager Marine and their first concern was our safety, not the boat. They were incredibly understanding and encouraged us to take our time returning the boat. Upon return, they were again very kind and focused on the well-being of people that were on the boat. We spoke with the owner, Peter, the next day and he explained that our safety and the enjoyment of our vacation was his priority and that the boat could be fixed. We definitely recommend Seager Marine and plan to rent from them on our next trip to Canandiaqua!

Brought my 19 ft skeeter in with a 200 optimax in for service having a real problem with a rough idle and stalling. I had already spent some time trouble shooting the problem and had gotten nowhere. Doug introduced me to Fran seagars merc technician and I explained the symptoms. The very next morning I get a call that its all fixed and in just over 2 hours service time. Very impressed with Frans troubleshooting skills and I would recommend seagar marine to anyone. Thanks again guys !

I recently purchased a small and basic Lund fishing boat from Seager and Adam Jermyn in sales. As a representative of Seager, Adam was most professional, knowledgable, and patient. He answered my various questions completely, whether in person or via email. He never pushed or engaged in typical sales pressure. Even with a small boat purchase, I was treated as if I were buying a much more expensive boat. I felt that pricing was very fair. Adam personally washed and prepped the boat for me, in an effort to make sure all would be consistent with my expectations. Adam even followed up with me after the purchase to ask if I was satisfied with the new boat.I highly recommend Seager Marine for a boat purchase. When there, be sure to ask for Adam. You wont be disappointed.

If you choose to do business with Seager Marine, make sure when you pay the bill that is it all of the bill. I bought a motor there and paid for it....and then 3 months later got another bill. When I called to ask about the second bill....they told me they were very disorganized and things get really crazy around here in the summer. Pathetic would be an understatement....They have great mechanics....The service department and the sales department need to get on the same sheet of music!!!
