My first review! Every visit to this store I am impressed with the staff. Sure the tools are not the ultimate tool truck quality, but for home and light shop use they are great. I am very pleased with the ICON tool boxes and tools that I purchased. The staff has always been awesome, friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Really awesome place! Lots of unique things besides tools--they have stuff like pet time-out cords and hobby woodburners and airbrush paint compressors/well worth checking out! Especially the Canandaigua store!

Need a tool quick and inexpensive. This is the place. A 5 pound sledge and 5 drift punches for well under 20 bucks. Saved my butt during last storm when shear pin broke in snow blower.

First visit to this location and store was bright, clean and well organized. Had no trouble finding the tools I was looking for. Staff were friendly and helpful while maintaining social distancing. Prices for tools I picked up were great. Ill be back and tell my friends.

One of my familys favorite places to go. Between my husband and my son I shelled out almost $100 when I didnt plan on it.

Ive been to this store several times now. I visited yesterday looking for the larger capacity dust collector, I happened to catch the store manager who confirmed they didnt have it in stock. He was pretty short with me and not very helpful. We called another nearby location and found the people in Auburn to be much more accommodating. Auburn HF gets 5 stars because of Joseph, hes the man. Canandaigua HF gets 2 stars for the manager whose name I didnt catch.

Idk how old the store is ik its pretty new n maybe there still stocking but they were out of stock on a few things but gentleman went in back to ck and came back out and told me when the next truck would be in so I didnt have to drive anothe half hr one way for nothing again not really nothing because I did remember I needed staples for my brand nailer/stapler so I did end buying something as usual but not what came for

I have been purchasing items from harbor freight for many years, I have learned what items are a decent quality and what items are single use, they have one of the best warranty policies out there i have never had an issue with returning products that have legitimate problems, they do constantly try to make there products better, great for home owners or renters that need products for around the house without spending an arm and a leg at home improvement stores.

First time there and impressed with customer service!

I love Harbor Freight for high and low end DIY stuff: disposable gloves, a bench vise, a jackhammer or hammer drill, grinder, cut off tool, cement mixer. I dont buy cordless tools there.
