Great store great service always seems to have what Im looking for at a fair price

I needed sandbags and the young man who helped me locate and load the extremely heavy bags did so with a smile the entire time. An absolute gentleman and didn’t make me feel like a bother. He is an ambassador for your store. You’re lucky to have him on your team. Everyone was excellent but he went above and beyond.

They have the canned senior dog food that our dog likes

I was honestly surprised with the lack of options for certain items & the prices were a bit on the high side. Their clearance prices were far from what I consider normal clearance prices, like a $19 item on clearance for $17. To be fair, this was my first time visiting this store, but aside from prices, I passed multiple employees who never asked if I needed help looking for anything with the exception of one, sweet younger girl. Id rather go to Ace Hardware or Country Max.

Great place to grab those certain kinds of items that are hard to find anywhere else - and a great pet and animal department. And if I ever go in there with a question on something hubby has asked me to grab, theyre always super helpful, too. Every time I go in, I find things I wasnt expecting and tell myself I am going to stop in more often - but always forget, because I dont ever drive by it. But a great resource for the area.

We took our dog to the vet clinic and got his rabies vaccine for $20, plus got a coupon​for a free bag of dog food and 10% off a treat or toy. They offer multiple tests and shots, but we only got the one this time. The clinic people were very nice.

This Web site is pretty much worthless.You definitely need to put a farmer in charge of building this site.

Very rude customer service. First I called to find out if they filled propane tanks. Bob was short on the phone. Went into the store. Asked cashier where to go and get the tank filled and she had no clue. Was told to ask Bob. She called for Bob 3 times and he ignored her. He was to busy fixing a shelf. Finally turns around and yells at us twice to get the tank out Id the store ( we asked what we were supposed to do with it) Extremely rude man. I will never return and will never give this store a positive review. One bad experience can bring a business down.

I Love this store! They have everything a farm needs, or a residential property that has machines to maintain there property, if you need a part, and if they dont have it, you can get what you need usually within 3 days. Great store!

A great alternative to the big box home improvement / hardware stores. Way more farm/ag supplies.

Really clean easy access in and around the store wide areas between rows great selection of animal medical wrap great deals on cat and dog foods as well. A must visit kindda place.

The Canandaigua store always has what you need. Some of the faces there have been there for the 25 years I have lived in the area. Great friendly service. These people always make it right for you. They really Get it.

Its not just for farmers Tractor Supply has all kinds of things for work around the house. From auto partrs to denim clothes. It alsp has things for the farm like horse feed and tools for tractor work. Great place just to browse.

Great place to find items to get the job done. Friendly staff! Only reason I gave it a 4 was because the location can be inconvenient if your comming from downtown canidagua.

We went to tractor supply looking for steel to work shoes. Their prices were reasonable but sizes were limited otherwise we wouldve bought them from there.
