I NEEDED A COLOR TO GO WITH MY NEW STORM DOOR. My wife found a color she liked, and S-W matched if go me. They also recommended the proper roller and brush to apply the paint. The results were terrific!

Incredible knowledge and high quality customer service...wow. Ive always been someone who just went to Lowes or HD and got paint. But, we have mis-matching cabinets in our kitchen so we hired a cabinet maker to make us all new matching doors/drawers, and we plan to paint the faceframes and sides to match the new incoming doors. The cabinet maker recommended we go to a paint store, not the big box store and ask for recommendations. I brought some pics, the color of the cabinet doors, and Breianna the store manager wasnt phased at all. She got me the exact primer, paint, rollers, and told me what grit sand paper to use. She also politely corrected me on different project (trim/painting a door) about the paint I was planning to use and pointed me in the correct direction and explained why.What was also amazing was she would get paint started, ask the next person in line what they needed and kept that cycle going. She singlehandedly helped 3-4 different individuals while taking time to answer questions and keeping everyone moving. I literally got out to my car after and text my spouse that I just had one of the best customer service experiences in my life.Super bonus, there was a 25% off sale going on that I didnt know about! So impressed overall.

Even amid the in store shut down, the staff were over the top as far as helping me make my purchase over the phone. They helped me pick out supplies I needed over the phone too. They brought it out to my car and were super nice!
