This is the best car place in town! They sadly know me by name from my car, but are always willing to help and answer any questions. I took my car in the other day having an idea what was wrong with it, the next day they called me with the diagnostic. I picked it up and they didnt charge me for diagnosing my car. It wasnt able to start and drive out of the lot so one of the technicians had me get a battery and installed it on the spot so I could get it home safely. They are the best and I will always come here for my car issues!

Over 10 years and several family vehicular. We have had honest and quick repairs which they back 100%.it’s hard too find a honest mechanics.

A friend BLESSED me with a 2005 Toyota Sienna, but it had 301k miles so TCCC did an inspection from bumper-2-bumper. Based on Adams comments and the new mechanical information, i was able to make a couple of good decisions. Peddle.com gave me a nice a trade-in value given the repairs that were needed... I have been bringing my 98 Camry in for over 7 years and received consistently excellent service, for both regular oil changes and repairs/maintenance. Repairs are done promptly - Theyve changed out at least 2 alternators, and each time, it was done in a day.This is why I keep coming back and getting my regular services with them. Canby is lucky to have such a great shop in town.

My 03 Expedition hasnt been serviced for several years, except for routine oil changes. My husband used to only take it to the Ford dealership where he swore was the best place since they gave him a military discount. Once he got his new truck, vehicle maintenance on this puppy became my responsibility, which was a terrible idea. I knew when I brought it in for brakes and rotars, that it would need a major tune up. It was misfiring on at least 2 cylinders and it took extreme effort to get the damn car rolling above 40 MPH.Dan and Adam were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honest. He told me things that could be done, and then told me the things he felt needed to be done, what could wait until later, etc.. Knowing I was comparing prices with Ford, he happily detailed all the work included in the tune up so I could compare pricing. What I thought was a good deal at Ford turned out to be a total waste of money compared to what they did at Total Car Care. For $100 more than Ford, I probably got $400 or $500 more worth of work than they wouldve done. I dropped my car off at 8 am and had it back by 3:30 the same day. It now drives as well as It did the day I drove it off the lot 10 years ago. No more squealing brakes, no more shaking steering wheel when attempting to drive above school zone speeds and no more frustrating car repair shops in my future. I will certainly be bringing both of our vehicles back here. Very happy with the work and prices!

They took my car in knowing what I asked them to do wasnt going to make the car run well and they did it anyway and told me I would be able to drive the car. Well they were kind of right... The car ran really badly for 5 blocks and as soon as I got it to my house it died. I specifically said I just need it to run so I can drive it to work...They charged me a lot and we had to yell at them to get a refund for half of my money. I will not ever be taking a car here again and I will tell others not to as well.If they were professional they wouldnt have taken the job, they should have told me what they were doing wouldnt make my car drivable.

Always do quality work, though a little pricy. But if you want your car fixed correctly the first time then its worth the price

Have taken a few different cars here at different times. They have always been honest and got whatever car issue I had, fixed quickly.

My car was never having problems until I took it to Total Car Care. I went to get my AC filled with refrigerant and came home and my AC was not working. I took it back to complain and they fixed the problem by replacing the button to click on for the AC to work and told me it was just electrical problem and charged me for it. My AC went out again and I took it back and then they said it was a filter problem so they changed the filter and charged me for it. Again, my car AC didnt work and began making noises and completely stopped working and I took it back and they said there was nothing else they could do after all the money I had payed, when in the first place there was no such problem with my car until I took it to there shop. I will for for now on be taking my business else where and will never refer someone to this shop.
