We got a Caramel Ribbon Crunch which was very good. There was a long line in the drive through but went pretty quickly. Service was very good!🤓

Absolutely the worst Starbucks Ive been to in years. Ive tried them a handful of times in the 4 years Ive lived in the area, & every single time they cant get an order correct, overcharge, then when they remake the drink it still isnt right. They cannot follow simple directions. Today what they handed me was definitely not what I ordered, & was leaking all over. When I asked for my drink to be corrected they tried giving it to me the same way Id just told them wasnt right. It was like they walked around the corner & never remade it, like I wouldnt notice. I left without a drink at all but theyd already charged my card so i paid $7 for a drink I never received.

The girls and guys there that helped me today were so sweet. i go there all the time and this was the absolute best experience i’ve ever had there. everyone was so sweet and helpful while helping me get the cups i needed. I’ve never been so happy after leaving a starbucks like that. the guy at the speaker was so sweet and the girl who rang me up was so nice and helpful. this experience made my day and will always be coming back.

A wonderful experience! They had an amazing barista, he was so kind and helpful. His name was Cody. So go to Starbucks and get your coffee from him! He was very good at his job! Helped me decide on what kinda of drink I was in the mood for and was so patient and nice with me.

Excellent friendly staff and great food and drink

Both my husband and I moved to Canby recently and were excited about the community and different people we will meet on our morning coffee outings, as we are both morning people and love coffee! My husband said he was treated so poorly, it’s almost worth driving out to our old community to get coffee and that’s a 35 minute drive just to get our morning coffee, what does that tell you? You should update your staff to people that enjoy their jobs and enjoy being friendly to others especially during a time like this. I have yet to go and have chosen a different coffee shop after hearing my husbands morning horror stories. Really disappointing.

Your average Starbucks. They currently have an excellent coconut milk blonde latte that is very easy going, even verging on sweet. They can also do other non-dairy drinks, like an almond milk cappuccino or a coconut milk London fog. They also have some nice reusable cups.

I usually go through the drive through but the line was long so I came inside. Everyone said hi when I came in it was nice but after waiting like 10 minutes for my drink I noticed the big guy barista greeted everyone the same way which felt weird. Im giving it one star because there was so many flies EVERYWHERE. They were landing on the cups and syrups and on ME. I didnt wanna be rude so I got my coffee and left but through it in the trash I went to another starbucks to get it remade. They need to get a exterminator or something bc it was super gross! Not coming back any time soon lol

This is a nice Starbucks with a good location. People are nice. You cant beat the mobile app and having your coffee ready when you get there. I love Starbucks consistency. Your coffee always tastes great. They also have some good food options. Starbucks does tend to cost a little more than some other coffee shop options, so I do wish they would lose their price a little to match others.

Usually the service is much better. Today my cold brew had regular foam instead of the salted cold foam and my protein box had no condiments or peanut butter. Sounds trivial, but when its costs 11.00 a day for those 2 things I expect them to be correct.

I went into Starbucks to get a coffee at about 12:20pm. The older barista was taking my order and she was being very rude! I asked for an iced London fog tea latte and she proceeded to tell me very rudely it’s going to take 5 minutes to brew and I said “that’s fine”. I also asked about another drink and she’s said “ok what is the drink you want”. I calmly just said the London tea. She thought I was done and asked my name and I asked “can I also get a croissant“, in a louder voice she asked me “what is your name” and then I told her. This is one of the worst experience I’ve had there. I come into this Starbucks all the time, every other time I’ve gone in there has been such a friendly environment and they are super nice. I don’t remember the older lady’s name but she was not helpful at all and I’m very disappointed.

Ive had two nice people who know how to make a customer feel valued. One on Newberg and one in canby. Nice job, you should be trainers. Excellent hot Chai latte. Excellent Dragon Fruit. Yummy miniature frosted scones!

I understand Starbucks is not doing plastic straws anymore but when you give me a lid that requires a straw (Not a strawless lid) how do you expect me to drink it? At least have paper straws out that customers can get. I was looking around for straws for awhile until I told the barista they were out of straws. She answered You must ask for a straw or well be fined ok but you gave me a lid that NEEDS a straw?

Always helpful and kind. Even if mistakes are made, they are eager to fix them as well as make it right. Good place!

Something needs to be done about the 15-20min wait in the lobby for an order on Saturday mornings. It’s an awful Starbucks experience.

It’s very convenient and I always receive great service but on several occasions I’ve had burnt tasting coffee or my sandwich was over cooked.

Sarah, Zach, Judith, Eric and the rest of the team are amazing. Couldnt start my mornings without them.

Today I went in to get my morning coffee with my stepmom and not only did the girl that was attending my stepmom was giving her nasty looks and was agruing with her but they also messed up my order. I ordered a iced grande caramel macchiato with extra Carmel and whip and I received a hot grande caramel macchiato with no whip and no extra caramel. I was already running late for school so I wasn’t able to have them change my order to what I had originally had asked for, I was stuck with this drink and it was disgusting. I’m very disappointed with Canby Starbucks this is the second time they screw up my order. I’ve now decided to stick with Dutch Bros.

Nice baristas. Perfect drinks. Its one of two Starbucks we use when passing through Canby. Both are excellent choices. I dont always have a special drink in mind, but if I had a reward drink I think it would be made perfectly. My usual drink is a Tevana Passion tea, now with one of their new lids. His, a half decaf Americano. We load up and go, glad theres a stop like this to get us going with drink to go. Cheers!
