Spent an hour or more with Julie the owner. What a nice person to do business with. No high pressure sales. Plus her vehicles are exceptionally and low miles. And amazingly she does mostly all the detailing herself. Very impressed.

I recently bought a used 2011 Dodge Caliber from her and it was an amazing experience. She is so wonderful, kind and helpful and she truly cares about her customers. I spent a while looking all around for a car that met a number of requirements that I needed in a car and i found it with her. Shortly after buying the car there was a slight issue with it and she went above and beyond to do everything she could to help and make it right (now its running perfectly and nothing is wrong.!).I have 2 kids under 2 years old and it is very important to me to drive them in a car I know is safe for them. Im so happy that I found such a great car and also a honest and caring place to buy from in the future!

My husband and I purchased cars through Julie at her previous location. Back then (and still now) Julie took great pride in selling quality cars and DOES NOT act like a typical used car dealer. She works hard to develop and maintain an honest reputation. That is why when we needed another used car I searched the internet tirelessly to find her. Before we purchased it she had her mechanic go through it and she, herself, drove it for a bit to be sure it was running well. We buy our cars from her not because we have confidence in them (which we do) but because we have confidence in Julies integrity and business philosophy. The most pleasant car buying experience I have had 50 years of car buying. I got just the vehicle I wanted for a good price, and my own mechanic has confirmed it was a good buy. Outside of getting a good deal on a great car from Julie, I appreciated her letting my kids play in her minivan so I could take the time to go over the car. No pressure, easy sale. Im glad I made the drive and highly recommend.

I give this 5 stars based on service and honesty. Unfortunately the vehicle we were looking at did not work out for us, but Julie was awesome to work with. She answered all questions and even brought the vehicle to our mechanic for us. Once we figured out the vehicle wasnt going to work for our situation, Julie came and picked it up and returned our deposit that same day. She didnt even hesitate or try to talk us out if it. Ill be the first one to admit that I trust used car dealerships about as far as I can through a Ford f350, but JR Auto definitely showed me there are good people in that industry. Ill be keeping an eye on thier inventory.
