Horrible bought a eletric washer and dryer july 10th 2021 for $849 delivery and installtion i paid $100 dryer turns out to be gas. Delivered 2 days late on july 14th 2021 and my dryer went out not even 5 load later so not even 48 hours been calling since july 16th to get someone out to fix it since its under warranty for 30 days the owner has dodged my calls and wasnt even there when i showed up tuesday july 20th 2021 4pm after being told they would be out monday july 19th 2021 to fix it just to be told now they will be out Wednesday july 21st 2021 ...

I am very impressed with this store. Not only did we find a good oven that was in our budget,...they were able to deliver and hook it up all in the same afternoon. These guys were great to deal with. There was no pressure while we looked around. I wish that we would have found these guys years ago. We are so happy with this purchase and will for sure be back next week to buy one of their dryers.......

Was supposed to deliver our washer and pick up our old washer 2 days ago. Owner is never there.

I honestly think that this place has deals for appliances, and does a great job. John was very friendly, helpful, and quick to deliver a used dryer for my mom that works great, and it is spotless aswell. Only tips of advice would be to slightly remodel the store, create a better protection plan such as an extended warranty that could be paid for, and market the business online more to attract more customers!

Said interested in used appliances and would let know Monday. Never heard back and wouldn’t answer call. Later responded with a pass. Unprofessional to have someone wait when could have moved onto another seller

Man this place is creepy...and I grew up with a variety of Cantons characters.On September 10th, I walked in and I was alone looking around for a good 5-8 minutes. A guy walks in who is very jumpy (I highly recommend him to seek help for crack/meth addiction). The dude wasnt knowledgeable (I hope he wasnt the owner). This place smelled so bad, appliances had bugs/gnats in them, and they werent cleaned very good. I did however find a working appliance that had dudes beer stash in it. I didnt feel comfortable to give this place cash, my credit card info, or apply for credit.This appliance store has good potential if the owner(s) can get it together sooner then later. Untill then, bring in your own bug spray, shop vac, disinfectant, super glue, gloves, bleach, towels, and tools to inspect before you buy.To the owner: take these reviews seriously so you can do better.

They sell you stuff that doesn’t work.Purchased a stove got it home and it didn’t work called them and they said they don’t do refunds and don’t tell you this when purchasing...They did tell me there is a 30 day guarantee when I purchased.But they make you wait forever to come out and fix...Just stay clear of this place!!! Not trustworthy people!!Then the Guy that sold us the stove told us that we shorted him $20 after we handed him the money (I PROMISE WE HANDED HIM THE CORRECT AMOUNT) but my husband made a bad move and turned his head while the guy counted the money..... We know we did not short him money but we figured if he needed to steal $20 off of us then he needed it more than we did..... should have known right at that moment!! DON’T BUY!! STAY AWAY!!

Bought from this place you got to remember when you buy used products your taking a risk on your own he does give 30 day warranties once it is gone just like any where else your on your own you all have a good day

Very unprofessional. I called and he didnt even say the business name. I had to ask. I asked about something and he said yea nothing else. Super rude and unprofessional. Not how you conduct business.

Do Not Go To This Place! The low prices might be tempting, but, do not give money to these junk mongers... So, I stopped in to buy a Hot Water Tank and was sold a 30 Gal unit for $275.00. Took it home and hooked it up and water leaked from the bottom. So, I then removed it and took it back for a swap. The salesman tried to give me a different one that would not fit in my space, so I took another one like the first. After installing the second one, I turned on the water and it exploded from the bottom of the hot water tank. So, I called them again at which time the person acted like I was trying to get away with something. I asked for my money back, and was denied, He then said that he would test one for me. Which was him hooking up a garden hose to make sure that it did not leak water. It did not. So he slowly rolled it to my Jeep and loaded it. I now know why he rolled it so weirdly. When I got the unit home on one side was scratched the word Trash. I took a picture of this for future reference and installed the hot water tank figuring he checked it out. After installation the hot water heater leaked natural gas into my basement! I shut down the gas connection and called a technician, who found that the hot water tank was faulty and that my gas lines were good. So, I called back for a refund and he said that they do not do that, that he would test it for me. I explained that I had already spent three days, over the span of two weekends, dealing with his junk and wasting my time. After some phone tag and one of the workers rudely hanging up on me. I called back, they tried to say that I had the unit for three weeks, wrong, I had three faulty units in three weeks. I told them that I had a receipt for purchase and that need my money back so that I would not put my family in danger installing any more of their used junk. Then they said that they swap it out for something else. At which time I got tired of their games and got off the phone. These guys are more concerned with their beer money than providing a safe reliable service. So, in essence, they just stole $275.00 of my money and three days of my life. There are enough people in this world that will take your money and take advantage of you, do not go looking for it at Above All Appliance Kings!

Broke a week and a half later after being over 5 hours late (and after 9pm) to deliver without knocking off any cash for the inconvenience.Would never recommend. The reviews were rough but I wanted to hope those were flukes or just disgruntled people. Sadly, not the case.

BUYERa BEWARE!!I wish we would be read the reviews first!! Bought a junk refrigerator. $750. We were able to swap with a cheaper one (so he said when we initially bought the first.) He didnt give us the difference, just upped price of the second refrigerator. First one stopped working after three weeks. The second. Day 2!!! Dont buy here!!! They came to fix with freon. Didnt work. Obviously. I cant tell you how much $$$ in food weve lost now. Im not even wasting my time going back. Buyer beware!!! They have nothing but junk!!!

Got a fridge the other day for a great price. They delivered it and were very professional. The fridge works great it was clean and in fact all of there appliances were clean for the most part. We were really impressed with this store the company and the cleanliness and quality of there appliances. We will definitely use this store again and again.

Awesome staff and place to shop. We drove to 5 different places looking for a used washer for my mom, everyone was overpriced and dirty. With the prices most these places charge you could buy a new washer. Above All made us a great deal on a nice clean used washer and my mom loves it. we will definitely use them again.

So far I am very pleased with the level of customer service I have received from them. They worked with me to get me a washer, dryer and refrigerator. They also delivered it to my house today in Akron and were very kind and courteous. They are going to bring my washer in the next couple days because after re testing it it wasnt working. They are not charging me another delivery charge. I will use them again if need be.

This place is a total nightmare. Just moved into a new house and needed a fridge. Just something quick to grab. We went here and it seemed to be fine. They said its a bit dirty but otherwise perfect. Came home with it and it was INFESTED with MAGGOT CARCASSES! Not a few. A few hundred maggots were all through out the body of the damn thing. We called and got them to come over and they just stared at it for a few minutes and left. What a joke of a place to buy used appliances. Dont ever come here! Unless you want to basically replace several things in the appliance you purchase. Because that was a NIGHTMARE.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! Junk dealer..paid $600 for a used fridge, only to have it break a week later. Guy at the store said bring it back and swap for a different one decided to pay a repair company since this guy doesnt service his own junk and I was not going to transport this piece of junk an hour (one way) to get annother piece of junk. So I ended up paying annother $465 to get a real repair guy to fix it..a week or so later it broke AGAIN..closed condensor loop was leaking (annother $300-500)..This guy hides begind a business to be a legal thief

One star is something I dont do unless its well earned and trust and believe they worked hard for this one star. My daughter in law got a fridge from them that worked for a few weeks and stopped getting cold she lost about 300$ worth of food. They gave her a hard time and charged her an additional delivery fee to replace it with another that stopped working she caught it before everything thawed this time and they sent someone to fill the freon. It seemed cold so they stocked up again and it must have went out in the middle of the night because again 300$ in meat has to be tossed. They are refusing to give her her money back and gave her a smaller refrigerator leaving her with a store credit of 30+ $ instead of refunding anything or offering a gift card of some sort to a local grocer to replace the food waisted because of their poor quality appliances. Sad local business should take more pride in themselves

VERY DISGUSTING. We bought a fridge from here. It was DIRTY, DIDNT WORK, and FILLED WITH BUGS plus DEAD MAGGOTS. They dont do refunds so went back to exchange the fridge for a new one that they had told us was for sure cleaned out and working. We went in and they TRIED TO EXCHANGE IT TO ANOTHER DIRTY, BROKEN, BUG INFESTED fridge. Now were stuck with this nasty fridge and out of money. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. Id give zero stars if I could.

All they sell is junk. Dryer broke after 4 months and the washer a few months later. Only deal with them if you already know how to do extensive repairs or youll be SOL.
