This is the best individual store of all the large chain pharmacies in the Canton area. If my insurance would allow it, I would get all of my prescriptions here even though weve moved and Id drive past a ton of other pharmacies to get here. I need a specific manufacturer of one of my medications, and they are amazing at making sure they have what I need, and Ive never felt like an inconvenience for having to dial through to the pharmacy instead of using the automated system. (Which is definitely not the case at some of the other chains in town.) When I call to get a prescription refilled, I almost always get an e-mail within the next 10-15 minutes that it is ready to pick up. If you live anywhere in the Canton area and your insurance allows, I would so, so much recommend this branch of Rite Aid.

Why have 10pm closing times when they close the doors before that? I had to transfer to another location because I couldnt make the 9pm time . She told me it would be ready in 45m. I came 45m later 5 till 10. Went to go inside and the doors were locked. Went to drive and the guy said they were closed. I was there when she told me on the phone. Dont have 10pm on your door if thats not the time you are going to close. Once again I am going online to leave a complaint. Im beyond irritated.
