I was very Happy with the service that got there today and I will be going back for more Service I would like to thank them

Took my car in for an alignment. They finished super fast, which seemed weird to me. I paid for the service and drove a little down the road and noticed nothing had changed. Went back and the person I assume was the manager on duty explained it is set from the factory and they cannot adjust it, something you think an alignment shop would know, and inform you of before they even attempt the service. So I paid for them to basically say, yeah its out, but we cant do anything about it. He then said I can talk to the dealership and see if there is a spacer or something to get it in spec. If I found one they would put it on. I found the part and called to make sure it was right and I wouldnt have to pay for another alignment and was told that I would not, to bring it in and they would do the adjustment. I brought the part, they said the guy that does it is out till Monday, and when he does come in there will be a charge to have it installed. So now I have to pay again to get a service I have already paid for, but did not receive. I will not do business with this shop ever again after this service.

I need tires for my car. They gave a good price with the tires on sale, and extra off if I purchased and had them put on today (Labor Day).

Ive been going here since I was a kid and even now, they are still efficient and effective with what they do. 100% would recommend that isbflexible with their time frame.

I have been going to this Tires Plus location for years. It has always been a great experience. I just wanted to take a moment to brag on my latest experience. I used to go here all the time but we moved so it is not as convenient.I got a flat tire driving to Florida in October 2020. When I got back into town, I went to a different car shop to get a Firestone tire installed that matched the current tires that I had. We all know Firestone tires are not exactly inexpensive but they are what came with the car when I bought it. There was also a conversation or two about how I should just replace all of the tires. I rebuffed that idea because I knew that was incorrect. And lo and behold, I got another 9 mos out of these bad boys. I picked up my car from said shop and the Firestone tire that was on my car did not match. They explained to me that they did not make my tire anymore and this was the only replacement. I understood and went on with my life for the last 8 mos with mismatched tires. So insignificant in the big picture of life but still annoying. On top of all this, I have had a pretty good shake to my steering wheel since new tire was installed. I have spoke to the shop and they have tried to align and did not fix it.Speed forward to this past weekend. I hear air slowly escaping my tire in my driveway. Boom! I picked up a nail somewhere. Now I knew it was now time to replace the other three tires.I went back to the first shop that sold me the Firestone tire and now they can not get any Firestone tire. I understand why. Firestone has tightened up who they sell too. I asked if they could my spare on and I would of course pay for it and got brushed off so to speak. So I leave there and go to another shop to get a patch. This shop told me they could patch it the following day at 10am if I would like to make an appointment. Huh. So I left there too. At this point, Im like I am just going to have to keep refilling this bad boy until somebody will help me lol.I call Tires Plus on the phone and get Terence. Keep in mind that I just want to get new tires and put all of this behind me without losing a full day sitting at the shop waiting my turn. Terence was so kind. Said we have four of those Firestone tires in stock. We would love to take care of it tomorrow for you. This was at 6PM. I told him my concerns about the shake and he said we will take care of all of it. Just bring to us in the morning and we will handle.I drop it off in the morning and they had it done after lunchtime. I said are you sure it doesnt need anything else and he recommended a tune up to change spark plugs since I was over 150K. I agreed and we did that. I show up to pick my car and I said I am going to get up to a high speed to check the shake. He said do it. Sure enough, problem is gone. I called him this morning to thank him for everything. A little patience goes a long way. The whole team I dealt with was actually great. Thank you Tires Plus!

It was pouring rain and all my tires were very low. I pulled up outside the garage and a young man ran out and asked if I needed help. He offered to put air in my tires and did it in pouring rain!! I wrote a review on their website. If I ever need tires Ill definitely go there! He went above and beyond!! Great company! Im thinking his name was Brandon... perfect gentleman!

This is the absolute worst Tires Plus I’ve ever been to.I have been a loyal customer of Tires Plus for over 10 years, and my family has been for 20+ years. We are from Florida and moved up to Georgia and have been going to this Tires Plus in Canton for close to a year.Justin, the General Manager should not be in his position. They are extremely dishonest and unprofessional.On three separate occasions, I brought my car in complaining that the AC was not blowing, as well as was not blowing cold. The first time I was told that the motor needed to be replaced which cost me nearly $500 and that it would fix the entire issue. Having been a loyal customer for so many years, I didn’t hesitate and paid the money and had them repair it. Literally within hours, I was having the same exact issue of my air not blowing cold and barely blowing. I brought my car in for a second time, complaining of the exact same thing and this time I was told that it was low on Freon which was causing this issue and was charged almost $150 for Freon and a “Recharge” I, again, was told that the motor did need to be replaced previously but my car was just low on Freon and this would fix the entire issue about it not running cold or blowing. I, again, paid and had them replace it. Within hours again, my AC was doing the exact same thing. This time, I brought it back in, and specifically told them that I did not want to pay any more money but I wanted to know what the issue really was and I wanted them to fix it. Within a couple of hours I had the general manager, Justin call me back and tell me that this time my compressor need to be replaced. ...(you have got to be kidding me!)When I explained to him all the different things that had just been replaced, he argued with me and told me that all of those things did need to be replaced but insisted this time I needed to pay for a new compressor.Side note: My mother, who has been a customer for over 20 years, brought her jeep in a few weeks prior to this asking for new tires. The tech suggested a Very nice, expensive tire and my mother paid. Upon picking up her car, the tech told her “good luck, I’m not sure how those tires are going to work out since they are too large for your jeep.”. And then proceeded to tell her he did not do an alignment. When she asked him why he didn’t do an alignment, he said “well I didn’t know you wanted one most people don’t, so I didn’t ask.”My mother then brought her jeep back and spoke to Justin. Justin did not offer to replace the tires and proceeded to tell her that he couldn’t believe his techs sold her the wrong tires and suggested that she cut out a piece of plastic on her brand new Jeep to make the tires fit.Fast forward to my conversation with Justin, not only did I bring up the issue that my mother just had but I brought the issues that I had and Justin was rude to me and told me that he has been in service over 20 years and he couldn’t believe that I would question their integrity. I asked Justin to help me out and explained my frustration that if the compressor is broken now it was probably broken before and had I known that I would’ve bought the compressor and really just didn’t wanna spend another several hundred dollars when I just spent nearly $1000. I asked him if he can either help me out with a compressor or refund my money and his response was “Well, that’s not happening. “And he chuckled. All he would go on about is how he’s got loyal customers and his tech has been there 20+ years and worked on my car all three of the times. I asked for Justin’s managers number and he refused to give it to me. I explained to him that he has 4 different members of my family going to this Tires Plus spending thousands and would lose all of our business and he couldn’t have cared less.

My last paycheck was off in my opinion and I couldnt even look at the hours after I left for the weekend to make sure thanks

Called last minute on a Friday evening and they were eager to get us in and out before closing.

I went in 2 weeks ago to get an alignment which was $99 by it’s self. They said my tire on the passenger side blew out when they test drove it to check the alignment. They showed me how it shredded and that I needed a new tire now. My other tire looked terrible too so I agreed to also get 2 new tires for the front. The total ended up being $399. They said they would email me a receipt but they never did and my account was charged over $800 for the service they provided. They took my hard earned money right from under my nose. I DO NOT recommend their service.

So happy my husband brought my car here! They did an alignment, rotated and balanced my tires and now my car drives so smoothly! I didnt realize how bad it had gotten. Sam was very welcoming, helpful and professional. We were going to have to schedule the alignment for another day but they somehow were able to fit us in. Amazing! Sam even called us later in the day to ask how my car was running! Very impressed! Great job guys! Keep it up! We bought lifetime alignments and balancing so we will definitely be back! Thanks!

Kind of neutral on this store. Bought a pair of their branded entry level tires for our Camry which we use just for running around town. They did what I asked and all went well. Cant complain about anything but there wasnt anything exceptional either.

I had a good experience with my oil change today. As always they are crazy busy. Sam at the front desk is an exceptional employee he was answering phones. Checking customers in and out. Helping customers. I witnessed him diffuse a situation with an angry customer with such grace. The guys at this location work hard.

I highly recommend it.Update: Had to remove two stars due to the fact that I am having trouble determining when my next oil change is due because they did not add the usual sticker to the windshield with this helpful information, nor did they update Carfax. So my Carfax account is saying it is overdue and I cannot Update via my information because I cannot find my receipt.Second reason is that it seems, despite my driving habits remaining the same, my avg. mpg has actually DECREASED since my oil change instead of increasing.So I guess it is back to the dealership for my oil changes.

My wife and I have been coming here for a year and a half. We needed someone quick and we brought it here and they took care of us. They are ALWAYS incredibly caring, and honest about what needs to be and more importantly what doesn’t need to be done. We recently had another incredible experience and Samuel went above and beyond to take care of and reassure us. When I trust them with my mothers car, it’s a great place to go.

Bobby was beyond what I’ve ever expected for customer service. He was outstanding! I can’t thank him enough for aiding me!! There aren’t enough stars that can shine for Tire Plus. Truly wonderful!

So far no complaints. Replaced my tires before and just visited again because my daughter’s car had a flat. No prob whatsoever, they are not only professional but get the job done quickly free of charge when you have a flat. Just got me a new tires from here too.

My only place for Tires and vehicle maintenance. These guys will ensure you are taking care of from Great tires to air conditioning, to engine repair. Ive been going here since 2001. No one else touches my truck. They are honest and reliable to a tee.

Ive had nothing but trouble since they worked on my car. Took the car in originally for brakes, tires, and rotors, and the brakes have squeaked more after they did their work. They did an oil change and only refilled my oil, no other fluids. All other were dry and weve had to deal with that. They changed a serpentine belt and then Ive had problems with it since, never before were there any issues, this was just supposed to be regular maintenance. This has cost me quite alot to fix their messups. I would not recommend them.

Fast friendly service, car was ready when promised without up sales like air filter, or windshield wipers.

I had not been a customer before but stopped in this morning to have a slow leak looked at. I brought my laptop ready to hang out and work while they fit me in with no appointment. They took my truck in almost immediately and in about 30 minutes called me up to show me the screw they found in my tire and let me know I was good to go.Oh, and guess what? No charge for flat repairs??? No kidding.Great guys, clean shop, prompt service. I will definitely be a customer in the future.

Havent taken my car anywhere else since I found this place. Staff is very nice and supportive. They do a good job and is very reasonable.

What an awesome business. I was stranded when my wouldnt start. They came to where I was and jump started me. No charge. I will go back to them for a new battery. There are angels of mercy out there. So I just recently went to this particular Tires Plus, and I was thoroughly surprised by the experience. I went in for a flat and at no point did they try to up sell me to a new set of tires infact they patched the tire for free! The staff I interacted with where friendly professional, would get service there again!

They are nice .They fix only what needs fixing still of trying find things that doesnt need fixing .They dont treat you like you dont know what you talking about.

Just took my car in to have brakes done. Well at first that was all good then when I mentioned having rotors and pads already the other guy took him out side and all of a sudden they werent allowed to do them anymore so basically they cant make extra money on parts so now they dont want the job.

I have been here with 2 different cars on several occasions and I have always been taken care of. They are very professional and so kind. They always tell me exactly what they are going to do and will tell me if I DONT need something which makes me feel comfortable and like I can trust their judgment. Love these guys.

Be wary of their courtesy checks. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left with them telling me I needed over $1400 worth of work done to my car. Had it check by another mechanic and it only needed half of what TiresPlus said. Plus they also left a tool laying next to my battery that I found the next day. Glad it didnt fall down into my engine.

I used Tires Plus for too long. Long story short, I left my car with them fr 8 hours. I provided them with the phone number to call; they used an old number in the system. I went to pick up my car the tires were not rotated due to “faulty lug nuts” on the tires. I asked how much the lug nut replacements would be; they stated $11 each. I called a local distributor who stated they sell to Tires Plus, and they cost for each one would be $1.43 each. I called the manager, nothing; I called the district manager, nothing; I called corporate, nothing.Please be cautious! Ask about the pricing matrix, and ask lots of questions.I found a new place in town; I encourage locals to use S&H and save yourselves a great deal of money and pain.

This location has consistently provided good repairs, fair prices, and most importantly an honest appraisal of what needs to be done. As a guy, I am comfortable sending my wife and daughters here and not afraid they will be taken advantage of - high praise ; )

Get my alignments done here. Grandmother gets oil changes. Theyre very concise and do free inspections to let you know if anything else is going on with your car.

They put nails in your tires to get you buy multiple tires. Check all your tires before going in to get one tire. This happened twice! They are very dishonest people trying to make a buck. Will be contacting the better business bureau.

The gentleman who work in this Tires Plus are always amazingly helpful. They do not try and get everything they can out of you, in fact they have turned me away when I thought I needed brakes but it was actually something else wrong with my wheel hub. Any other place may have just changed out my brakes to get my money, but these guys were honest and very helpful. This is why I will ALWAYS do my business here.

This place use to be good but the past few times Ive gotten my oil changed has been a half day event. Even with an appointment I made a week ago it is taking 3 1/2 hours and counting for an oil change and tire rotation and at $49 with a coupon! I wont be back if I ever get out of here!! Why do I need an appointment if it still takes half a day?!

Always 1st Class service @ Tires Plus in Canton. Brandon, Ion & Team keep my Nissans in top notch shape & do not over-sell. Their technicians Kevin, Charlie & Travis are outstanding. I would highly recommend them for auto service & repairs.

I always go to David at Tires Plus, so when there were 2 flat tires in 1 day, I called David, and he told me they didnt have the tire I needed in stock. He found the closes location with those tires and I had the car towed there. David was most helpful in a time of urgency.

This location is the slowest! I bought a set of tires here it took 4hrs that day. About a mo. Later I got a nail in my tire so needed a patch which is covered under my insurance I also purchased the day I bought my tires. I waited 3 hrs. That day! So today I get another nail need another patch guess what... they said 2 1/2 hrs for a patch and cant guarentee they could get me in then. So basically I punched their insurance on tires that I cant really even use because they cant ever get me in

Ordered set of 4 tires to be installed next day. Dropped off van at 9am next day, asked if 1 pm for completion was possible and agent said no problem. Returned at 130pm and work hadnt even been started. Spending $1000 on tires and receiving this kind of service is upsetting and makes me not want to spend this or any amount of money in the Future if this kind of service is delivered

Im not one for reviews but exceptional service warrants it.I had a nail in my tire and changed out to a spare. I was fairly sure I could get it patched without issue but did not expect to be turned away from six businesses. I showed up to Tires Plus three minutes before closing and they made time for me. They not only patched my tire but put it back on my car and did a full rotation after closing for the day - on a Sunday, no less. AND they were extremely nice about it.This was my first time at Tires Plus, Ill definitely be back.. but hopefully not with a nail in my tire.

Had a ball joint go out on my new F150, Fixed it and fix required 4 wheel alignment. Took it into Tires plus, Brandon the shop manager called me and informed me the Lower A-Arm lockers were missing, probably left off by whoever installed the leveling kit. He replaced them and got my alignment perfect. Their attention to detail is much appreciated and kept my family from potentially having a wreck or at very least costly repairs down the road. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I was a certified technician on two separate Air Frames in the USAF and I didnt catch the missing lockers replacing the upper A arms, it takes a good mechanic to catch things like that. I highly recommend Brandon and his team.

Impossible to get in and out in less than 2 hours even with an appointment. They peddle every product and service and make it seem like your car will fireball explode unless you buy premium brake pads or an radiator flush.

I showed up early for my appointment today. Im still sitting here and its well beyond my appointment time, and my car still in the parking lot. I quit coming here last year due to the fact the service was horrific. But, I decided to take a chance again. Well, still disappointed and this will mark my last time EVER coming to Tires Plus in Canton, GA.PLEASE take your car elsewhere, its just not worth the half a day wait for an oil change.I wouldve gave it a ZERO star, but I had to click on something.

The web site makes you pick a store before it will show you availability and prices, then when you get there they don’t have what the web site says and try to sell you something twice as expensive. Call before you go and waste your time.

All my dealings with them have been great. My last interaction took place a week ago when one of my tires was losing pressure. They checked it for free.

Ok, first off, try getting quotes from all the main tire shops and this place will be the ABSOLUTE HIGHEST!! They were $150 more than everywhere else i priced!! The only reason I came here is because this store had the tires I needed and everyone else was about a week out. I have been sitting here for over 3 hours to get a new set of tires put on. My option??... they should be paying me at this point! Ridiculous.

Called ahead about getting my tire patched up. Was told to come in around one and that it would only take around thirty minutes. When I got there, the gentleman in the front said that he didnt know who I had talked to, but they didnt have me down. So in turn, it was going to take over an hour. Not an attempt at decent customer service. There are too many tire shops near by to be treated this way. Would not recommend.

Be prepared to wait.....a long time. By far, the slowest service Ive ever experienced. I could have driven to Atlanta, had my oil changed and drive back to Canton in less time. The techs like to stand around and talk instead of working. I watched my car go up on the lift after an hour of waiting and it still took them another 25 minutes before they pulled the drain plug! Total time 1:47 for an oil change that costs $45.00. No thank you, Ill go elsewhere next time.

This Tires Plus location has provided excellent service at a fair price. I have used it for brakes, alignment and valve seals and cover gaskets (~30% less than dealership estimate) in the last three years.

Set appointment for oil change and was sent a coupon 19.99 oil change was seen right away. took longer then 30 min as guaranteed. My real problem started after oil change. my car is overheating now all the time i have always taken care of my car never had a problem with my car the temp gage has never gone above 1/4 now overheats. I am taking my car to another shop to have it checked out. Thing is a coworker of mine said had exact same problem after service at this same location...

A year ago to now.... I had my truck aligned three times, first when tires were on, again 6months later, and again, 3months later because the front right tire was eating up quickly... never was told if anything was wrong... they messed up my alignment according to my tire shop. And now I need of new tire even though I’ve only had these for 27,000 mi ( nitto terra grapplers)

Ive been a regular customer for a few years now. Since they changed the management staff, the place is ridiculous. The new staff just dont seem to care. Just another number. No flexibility on anything service related. Always want you to just leave your vehicle because they are always booked, according to them. The place has always been like that but the previous guys cared and would take a minute to look at an issue and make recommendations. I have literally been turned away a couple of times because they were too busy. Its a shame really.

Bang up job.. Rolled in unannounced with my company vehicle for new tires and wipers. Was in and out in 90 minutes! This was after I went to the local NTB with an appointment only to stand around for 40 minutes while they could not find my vehicle in their system. Tires Plus 1 NTB 0

Brought my car here for a brake service, oil change, and tire rotation. My tires were never rotated and when I left my car was making a new sound. They left my air intake box cover off!! Definitely dont recommend them and will never be back!

If it were possible to give a rating of zero then that’s what they would get!We took my equinox in to have the oil changed, we made an appt because we had somewhere else to be later in the day, receptionist asked what time we would need it by and we said no later than 2 (we dropped off around 10)We come back and pick my car up at 2 (of course it couldn’t be done any sooner that would require them actually doing their job)Well three months later my vehicle is starting to shut off randomly... as it turns out they NEVER CHANGED MY OIL! my oil filter was so gunked up their were particles falling of, the seal was gunked up and the oil was absolutely disgusting!! I am now having to replace a part due to the neglect of this company when it came to changing our oil!I’m furious and will be telling everyone NOT to go here!Our football team uses them one the coupon cards they sale to raise money for the team, you can bet this company will be removed once they here this!!
